The hotel was clean and comfortable although the highway noise was quite loud all night. Wouldn't be good for someone bothered by that.

Close to on/off ramps. Next to Hwy 80, so might be a little noisy if your room faces it. No fee for parking. The room was very comfortable. The only bad thing was it seems there weren't enough staff at times. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed having a room with kitchenette while our house was being briefly remodeled. Price was reasonable but hotel freeway and there is significant noise. Staff were kind and accommodating but under resourced. For instance to dishwasher soap in the kitchenette. Dishwasher full of dishes of suspect cleanliness. Staff at desk offered dish soap and a sponge but there is a dishwasher???? At breakfast no toaster with toaster out of order all week. 24 hrs no tv due to problems with their provider. Carpet had stains in public areas near elevator and at several locations in hall and in our room. Carpet needs to be replaced. Elevator button missing number needs repair. Overall impression is long term deferred maintenance. Disappointed.

It’s was a very spacious and modern room. Our bathroom door was broken. Towels were hard to find. Tv was rotating, this helped a lot for both sides of the room. Sofa bed had a terrible mattress that was impossible to sleep in. It was amazing at first, but then we noticed the problems that were mainly in our room.

The place and the room was clean and quiet even though the freeway is right there. Not much as far as a bar. Breakfast was good. Can't walk to anywhere. Personnel was friendly.

The hotel is pretty new but it seems that it’s not well cared for, our room was not clean properly, stains in bed cover I mean blood and idk what other body fluid stains, hair a lot of hair in the shower floor, loud it’s right by the freeway and we could hear the noise all night it was just not a good stay.

Breakfast service lady was quite grumpy for some reason. I said good morning and no response. All throughout the food area were passive aggressive signs. Maybe someone offended her?

Came for a soccer tournament with our boys. Location is perfect and the hotel was very clean and exactly what we needed! Hotel staff was exceptional!!

The room was very nice -- clean, comfortable and spacious. It really felt like an apartment. Kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. Only downside: fold-out sofa bed was not the most comfortable (but they never are).Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, who were responsive with requests. Altogether, a pleasant week-long stay--we will definitely stay here again. Nice pool, too!

There’s a label in the TV remote for streaming, but never got it to work. Channel selection is wanting.
The automatic blinds are inconsistent and not labeled. Sometimes both went at the same time, sometimes not at all. Also, room darkening had gaps so as not to be room darkening.
In the name of water inefficiency, it took way too long to get hot water.

The hotel forgot to clean my room. They were really rude with my transition to the other room. I have a funeral I am here for and they want me to calm them every time I need to get into that room to transfer my stuff. I am here with my elderly parents and this was very much not helpful to my transition and my circumstances here. If I would return this hotel room. I would.

I've stayed here before and found it pleasant. Not this time. No staff to clean except for a few who couldn't speak English. I had to go to the front desk and ask for a roll of toilet paper! Housekeeper couldn't even take care of that. You have to ask for cleaning 24 hours in advance. Our toilet clogged and despite asking for assistance, no one came. Thankfully it resolved itself. When I complained, the front desk offered to let us change rooms. I told him no, and if it overflowed, well that would be on them. Front desk hung up on me. Breakfast was blah. Won't be staying here again. I wish i had gotten the names of the few staff who were helpful because there were a few. Glad we're leaving tomorrow.
