Expensive for facility in poor condition. Hall carpets a mess, stinky musty room, cracked toilet seat and heater didn’t work properly. Staff and breakfast were good. No ice machine in our floor.

I booked a room for 2 nights. I booked 2 queen beds, but then ended up with one queen and one pull out sofa. There were no pillows or blankets for the sofa, and when I requested them, i was given a mattess cover and one uncovered pillow. Furthermore, my room was not made up, so i spemt 2 nights on a pull out couch with no blanket and one pillow, after booking 2 queen beds. Shower faucet was very loose from the wall, almost pulled ilit out 4 inches when turning on the water

Check in was bad. Double charged said the Expedia payment was declined. Charged at the hotel again. Went to the room, open the door and someone was in there watching TV. How do you not know what rooms are occupied?

The hotel was very clean and staff very professional and nice

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the pool was not heated like advertised and was in fact uncomfortably cold. You can hear everything going on outside your room, so if you are there at the same time as ball players, you will hear them running and screaming up and down the halls. House keeping came in and cleaned the room, but didn’t leave clean towels or change the sheets on the bed. The biscuits and gravy was good, but the cereal was stale. There is only 6 convenient parking spaces. The rest of the parking is at the neighboring hotel which is inconvenient. Would I stay here again, yeah if there was nothing else available.

Stay was very pleasant. Building was clean, colorful and designed beautiful. Room was very cute, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. The only thing i didnt like was that one side of elevator was down. I would definitely visit again.

Kids were running around all night, very limited parking, breakfast was not the best at all.

We were there for an athletic event in Louisville. The hotel was beautiful and clean. It was convenient to the interstate. The front desk staff were great! The breakfast area was clean, and the food was good. There was a lady at the front desk who checked us in Thursday. I don’t know her name, but she said she’s only been in the area for about 9 years. She was very personable and nice.

Only issue I think tub needs a tub mat to avoid slips. My granddaughter slipped and fell in the tub luckily I was there to avoid her hitting her head.

This property is located very close to area restaurants and stores, which was a huge plus for us! It has been recently renovated so it looked fresh and clean. Check in was simple however there is typically only one front desk person working at any given time so I would imagine that during busy times this could be problematic. If they need to step away, for instance to tend the breakfast area, they place a sign saying they will return shortly, asking that you drop your key in the box and your receipt will be emailed to you. That's fine if there aren't any questions or guest issues to deal with. We reserved a two queen bed room and that was honored. We noticed that even though our room was able to accommodate 4 guests (and we registered for 3), we were only supplied with one washcloth, hand towel and bath sheet. The updates in the bathroom looked great at first glance but the shower reglazing was flaking already and lacking in functionality. The shower had a bulky glass sliding door that made a loud suctioning noise when sliding back and forth and the shower itself had no shelf or nook to place necessities while showering, and the top of the shower door was too high and impractical to hang a loofah or washcloth. The guest laundry on our floor was a plus! Overall, this property was clean, centrally located and we enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable!

Very nice hotel! Clean, quite, spacious and great breakfast! Comfy bed! Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to interstate. We have been traveling all over and have had some not so great hotels. This one was a nice reassurance that there are still some good ones out there.

Nice hotel but! We paid over $1000 for a three night stay and not one time did we have maid service. We took out our own trash and we had to go to the front desk to get clean towels every morning.

When I made my reservation I asked for two beds. When we arrived we had one king size bed. The reservation said we had a king size bed and a twin bed. There was no twin bed. There was a small couch, chaise. We asked to switch to a room with two beds but were told there were no rooms available with two beds. I don't think the chaise should be listed as a twin sized bed.
