They don't play about checkout times 15 mins till 11 you're getting a call lol. This place has really stepped up their game. I was very impressed, exceptionally inexpensive! Actually what your getting is more than what your paying for. Its very clean. no complaints here!!! 👌

Staff always willing to help and nice

Big caution!! Super 8 and Baymont are on the same property. Pay the extra $5-10 and use the Baymont. Two weeks ago we stayed at the Baymont. It was very nice. This week we decided to stay at the Super 8 and save $5. Big mistake. First, the non smoking room had been smoked in. Then the attendant couldn't find an acceptable king room, then found one in a dark hallway. The room was not very clean. It didn't look like the carpet had been vacuumed or cleaned for some time. The grout around the tub was moldy. Buyer beware. The price at both hotels is similar. Avoid the Super 8.

The first room I purchased online was not clean at my arrival the second room they offered had the doors open and it too was DIRTY OUR PEOPLES CLOTHING THROWN ON FLOORS!!!! The third room they offered was next to the main office it SMELLED HORRIBLE!!!!! I just asked for my deposit and walked away to find another hotel. And to add to this upon giving them $105 dollar cash deposit they still charged my card $100 dollars as well I thought that was a little shady thank god once I asked for the cash deposit another staff member returned the money taken out of my account Back !!! Again be ware of this place !!!!

There was plenty of left over remnants of the guest before me. The bed was comfortable and sheets clean but the cover had again left over remnants of the previous guest

Dirty tub, dried urine on exterior of toilet. No coffee, cream or sugar. Empty facial tissue box and only half a roll of TP. No drinking glasses. When we asked the desk for coffee packets, we were rationed to 2. Ice machine didn't work. Breakfast was muffins and cereal. Keys cards were deactivate hours before checkout. I do not recommend this property.

It was fine. If you're looking for posh, you're not gonna find it for $60/night. I was a little annoyed when I tried to check out in the morning and asked to pay with my check card rather than the credit card I used for deposit, and was told "It'll be a while" because they were in the middle of an audit. But no big deal, these things happen.

Location near my destination. No gym, no pool, semi perm residents undesirable, filthy surroundings, cricket in room, poor sleep, noise until wee hours of morning, poor breakfast choices/unhealthy options

They didn’t say anything about a deposit until arrival after I called ahead of time an asked an they said no. Then when we arrived after being in traffic all day long the front desk clerk first said 91 dollar deposit we had no money left after buying room so we left I called Expedia. Expedia tried calling them an asking for my reservation to go elsewhere they wouldn’t give it to them an said the manger wasn’t there. So once I finally Came up with the money they change the price of deposit to 50 an the manger on duty was sitting in the chair watching tv when I came back. The original room we had the door wouldn’t open so they had to switch room . The next day I needed toilet tissue I asked for it they ask what room I was in. Then came banging on our room door at 11:35 pm we had a 1 year old baby we was trying to put to sleep an got woke up. They said who room is this in after they knew so I showed them my I’d an they guy at the time of night said the room wasn’t switch over. Long story short that was the most horrible time at a hotel I’ve ever had.

Good size of a room, good air conditioning

I was easily able to book this reservation online quick and to the point. As for when i got to the office well that was a bit slower. The older woman that helped me reminded me of that part in Zootopia at the DMV with the sloth but i didnt tell her a joke.

A comfortable, well-equipped room and a very reasonable price. Easy access to I-40. Friendly, helpful staff.Corner table with 2 chairs and lots of outlets let us both plug in and use our laptops at the same time. Parking lot looks a bit odd because they've taken out the swimming pool, but the rooms are quite nice..

Good beds but rooms lack the basic commodities.
