clean, friendly staff. Great morning breakfast

I had clothes stolen from my room and let the front desk lady know and still haven’t received a call back regarding it.

I didnt know the place was doing a renovation. No AC in the stuffy hallways?

Very new property. Well maintained, clean, very friendly staff, and close to the parks. We loved it.

The air conditioning in the room was quite noisy

The Continental breakfast was great! I loved the pancakes. But it was the morning staff that made my stay so enjoyable. Diana's welcoming personality and positivity was so refreshing.

This was a wonderful property to stay at. Room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was excellent. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel that was still under construction (or renovation?). Everything was very clean and modern. My biggest problem was that the noise from the highway so loud, as was the AC unit, which made it hard to sleep through the night.

The hotel was clean, bedding was comfortable, we had a good sleep. Breakfast was amazing with many different options. Wendy (the breakfast staff) was amazing, she worked by herself serving many customers with a smile, offering top-notch service. We definitely will stay here again because of staff like Wendy!

Hotel was sparkling clean. Loved the pool. Great convenient location to services. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast could use a little improvement - egg dishes were rubbery and overcooked. Would return. . . Doc Wallace (desk clerk read my book - "Tria Maria - the Cat with No Eyes")

Location isn’t great and not enough parking but the hotel is fantastic. Breakfast was so good and housekeeping keeps the hotel so clean. Highly recommend

Very nice hotel.

From check in to check out the experience was amazing. Great staff, the room was new, clean and bed very comfortable. No noise from highway but we were on backside of hotel. The breakfast was the best. They had everything. The cinnamon buns were a great bonus.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. The air conditioner was leaking but they sent someone to fix it promptly. There was not much in the area (no parks that I could find, and only one restaurant), but the convenience store outside was nice. The hotel also has a small selection of snacks and food. It was a little tricky to find, but once we saw the sign it was fine. There was ample parking. I would stay again.

It is behind a gas station with shared parking with said gas station. This was unexpected. That being said, the facility itself is gorgeous, pet friendly, great staff, hearty breakfast selection and the rooms were clean.

Good rooms, quiet AC that worked well, nice shower and bed.

Its a very clean and nice rooms, i like the window shades as they block out all daylight. I was working nights and really like how dark the toom was. Looks brand new in there with everything power efficient and updated. Would recommend this hotel to abyone i know.

Hotel was doing Drywall repairs. Workers were great and did their best work around Guests.

Everything was good

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was wonderful!!! Unfortunately with the hotel being close to the highway and me being a light sleeper didn’t go well. To grab a meal is about a 8 minute drive.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars on property condition is that they were doing renos at the time. Very nice place with an awesome breakfast.

Reason for stay: Birthday getaway with my fiancé. At the time of check in, the rude old lady receptionist gave us weird looks and gave us incomplete information about parking. I then later came down to the reception and asked for extra paper cups, to which she asked several questions of why we need it? Why do i need to explain the requirement of extra paper cups? Later that night we needed to pick up dinner, on the way back, there was no parking anywhere around the hotel, the gas station next to it. The hotel is next to the main road, so no street parking either. Went to the reception to ask for parking, to which she decided to dodge the question over and over again to the point where I had to ask, "where do you expect your guests to park"? She then gave us a garage code to park in the garage next to the hotel. **Every verbal exchange with this reception lady was weird, unwelcomed tone.** She didnt wanted to smile at any guests. Cleanliness was average as I had to wipe down the area around the bedside table, I could see visible cup marks. **Morning Receptionist was nice and friendly, so no issues with them.
