Lovely as usual

Overall, it is an excellent hotel and would’ve had better ratings if the bed wasn’t so terrible. I don’t mean bad, I mean broken springs, felt like I was leaning off of the bed, got no sleep, terrible. Straight s#* . Otherwise, it’s top-tier facility with an AMAZING restaurant. However, after a day at Auschwitz and the salt mines, you need your sleep, and that wasn’t the place to get it. It’s a shame a mattress can do so much damage for a place where sleep is pinnacle.

Very nice stay in a quieter part of Krakow, but still within walking distance from the old town. Nothing to complain about. Great pool and spa.

Great place

The best hotel breakfast I have ever had! Hotel new and very clean. The staff were all very helpful. Close to the old town and tram goes just outside the hotel. Best part of the hotel was the breakfast.

Loved the staff, very friendly, amazing hotel, really good food, especially gaspoda just a short 10min walk from the hotel. The hotel room was excellent!

Really nice hotel in a quiet area. Big and spacious rooms, very soft bed. Only 300 m to the tram that takes you in to city centre in no time. Lovely spa area with pool and jacuzzi. Nice outdoor areas to enjoy some beverages. Did not have breakfast. Would recommend and travel back!

This hotel is beautiful! The property is completely modern, clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We will stay at this property every time we visit Krakow.

Great hotel easy check in. No extra information about the hotel or services given at this time. House keeping wasn’t up to standard for a Marriott. Our room wasn’t cleaned till 4.30 on the second day. We had been gone all day on a tour and wanted to come back and rest before dinner. Loved the pool and wellness area this was the hi light.

The property overall was excellent. The rooms were spacious and were in great condition. Highly recommend the balcony. We had a wrap around and it was great. Nice running track, bike path and field nearby where people had picnics and could get a run in. Next to the hotel are some small food trucks where you can grab some food and next to the hotel is a small convenince store with everything you need. Staff was very nice and helpful and let us check in early! Maid staff in the beginning was very good but for our last few days they didn't make the bed or replace some towels. Nothing that was that bad we couldn't handle, it was moreso an annoyance. Overall though very good stay and would recommend.

No more Marriott! 1. We ordered room for 3 persons, 2 adults + kid, when we checked in at the night after fly we found out there is only 2 sleeping places, and for kid bed not prepared at all, towels, robes and slippers only for two persons so it took them 1 hour to bring additional set of bed sheets and towels 2. Low pressure in the shower 3. Just terrible mattresses, we stayed 3 nights and it was a challenge to get a sleep, mattress so soft that it felt like we on water mattress 4. Staff really nice, but reception not answer to the calls and once I felt that a guy on the reception was just annoying but my question. Breakfasts really tasty and room very clear but not enough for 4 stars and this price

We had excellent experience in this brand new hotel. Fantastic location, friendly service, super clean rooms and great atmosphere all around. There is a great restaurant located in a garden that is a great plus. We enjoyed every moment there and will definitely come back. Great value for the money we paid. Highly recommended Kraków and its AC Marriott Hotel.

Good value. Excellent breakfast buffet and nice bar food. Did not have dinner in the restaurant. Very helpful staff. Location is not in the centre of things, but you will see that when selecting the hotel -- good access to trolley stops and the staff helped with that. Water pressure in shower a bit unenthusiastic. Hotel is really let down by flimsy towels. Would not stay again for that reason, however, that may not be a big deal for others, in which case I recommend it.

AC Hotel by Marriott has become my go-to place in Krakow. The rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Its location is away from the main square, but close enough to walk to. There are a few good restaurants in the area.

My second visit now to this hotel ,was last here in april 2023 ,polish staff very friendly, helpful, room was nice, but cleaning not as good as last time, never saw a vacuum

Great hotel - lovely and clean / modern with great Indoor pool jacuzzi and Sauna. Restaurant food is also very good and reasonable in price for a hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel as on 10 mins on the tram to old town with the benefit of a lovely quiet location to chill after a busy day in the Centre.

While walkable, it is a 30-35 minute walk to town center. The breakfast buffet is fabulous! Room rates can vary so check a variety of sites.

The standard room was great. However, the breakfast was not. At some 20 euros you'd expect that orange juice is actual orange juice, it wasn't, it was cheap limonade. The abundance of cakes looked good but they were probably factory made, all mushy and without any real taste. The coffee was below par as well.
