The rooms are clean and spacious. I was on the 5th floor, where I experienced a lot of noise from the air conditioning system located on the roof. I closed the bathroom door to minimize the sound coming through the vent. Additionally, my room faced the freeway, which was under construction at night, leading to even more noise. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to call three times for toilet paper, a razor blade, and extra towels, but I didn’t receive anything until after 9 am, and even then, it was just one roll of toilet paper. They did not provide the extra towels or the razor blade. For a hotel of this caliber, the customer service was extremely lacking. It’s unacceptable that I had to request toilet paper after already paying for my stay, expecting all necessities to be provided. If housekeeping is unavailable, management should step in and address such requests promptly—there should be no exceptions.

Nice and clean

The friendliest hotel staff I think I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! I’ve stayed at some of the best hotels (thanks to my parents) and this was top 3 stays I’ve had all because of the staff. Beds are super comfortable as well and the bar and restaurant aint half bad!

It was busy when I came in to check in . There were many tournaments happening during that time. It took a while for me to get a room. The staff did everything possible to get me and family situated as soon as they could. It was quiet and kids enjoyed the pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay .

I am leaving this review to talk about how I booked a stay an went to check into the hotel and was told that I was overbooked. The hotel turned me away and said there was nothing they could do. They stated that it was because of a 3rd party booking that I was not notified of the overbooking. I drove all the way to this hotel and the booking from hotels.com had 0 merit.
