I had a late night check-in (almost 1:00am), I was very tired, when I unpacked everything, including equipment, I realized there was some pubic hairs, and stains on the nightstand, I didn't want to move to another room, the mirror was greasy, it's ok, I cleaned everything, I had to go down and ask for cleaning products, I wasn't going to pack everything and move again to other room. The mattresses were depleted and very uncomfortable, (I tried changing the beds, but booth need to be flipped or replaced) there was two pillows that smelled extremely rancid, when I came down to get the cleaning products, I asked the front desk staff (after my check in). And next morning, very early I asked for an extra comforter and the tall lady with ponytail did not send it up, I was still cold, even with the room's AC turned off, so I had to approach the cleaning staff and get one myself. The location is extremely dangerous, I had to cut my trip short, I was pursued by two different guys on the same street as the hotel, during my stay, and I did NOT know that north Knoxville gotten so bad. I couldn't even cross the street to grab a bite, or even Cracker Barrel that was super close by, and I wasn't ordering an Uber to go 0.6 miles to eat there. To top it off, a group of other guys at the hotel told me they were robbed with there in front of Red Lobster, and they had to run back to the hotel. Excellent place to stay for an overnight stay while traveling. The hotel was clean and had a modern updated look to it. The hotel was not very busy at check in but more people arrived later in the evening. The room was quiet and comfortable to sleep in

Hotel was immaculate...rooms were exceptionally clean (our daughter even commented on how the sheets smelled so fresh), everything in the room was new and modern.

This property was very nice! Halls and rooms were very clean. Nice outdoor pool and workout room. Location is just minutes from downtown Knoxville. The only negative would be the pool is only open until 9pm and breakfast wasn’t very good.

The hotel was very clean and staff was super friendly. I was traveling with my daughter and felt very safe. The area surrounding the hotel didn't seem the greatest but we didn't look for anything off our exit. We traveled 10 minutes away for all of that. The breakfast was good. Overall I would stay here again.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in! Very clean and everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was phenomenal with lots of choices that were fresh and delicious. If only all hotels could be like this!

Area was older part of town, somewhat economically depressed.

The manager Tim was on duty and checked us in. He was quite accommodating and informed us of entertainment and dining options around the area. He informed us about the breakfast bar and tea and coffee anytime. Refreshing experience.

Hotel was clean. Staff was polite. Breakfast was very good.

I travel a lot with my family and this hotel is the cleanest room we've ever stayed in. The staff are very professional and helpful. I was actually a bit sad that we only stayed one night because we were passing through.

We stayed at a hotel the night prior. Fairfield was far superior than where we stayed the night before. The room and decorating was very modern and up to date. Very clean. Comfortable and staff was very pleasant.

Room and breakfast area were super clean. Front desk was kind, but fast. Would stay here again as a single woman.

New hotel so everthing is up to date and modern. Located right off the expressway si easy access. Still puzzled why they charge your credit card $20 "just in case?" We were told it is refundable.
