Our second stay in this lovely hotel in the space of 10 days. Nice quiet location within the Curtin University campus and pleasantly surprised the students all living around the hotel (mainly international) were quite studious as no late night drinking or gatherings, very peaceful!
The rooms were very comfortable and clean and we never heard our neighbours.
This second visit however was marred by a cockroach infestation in our room and we would have killed at least a dozen over our two night stay. This was reported to reception on check out, so hopefully this incident will be resolved quickly.

Overall good experience over 6 nights. Great location and beautiful apartment. Comfy beds.
Only issue was really with standard of housekeeping, which was inconsistent and intermittent.
Room not serviced everyday. No explanation or warning offered. When it was serviced, not everything was changed/ replaced. No tea towel on our last day. Had to ask reception for toilet paper and bring rubbish downstairs after housekeeping left the used bin liner on the kitchen bench.
No pick up/ set down out front. Needed a few trips to get luggage from parking bay to room and back.

Having a microwave and some dishes/cutlery in the room would go a long way towards a more comfortable stay. Often I had to work in the late hours of the night. If I could warm up leftovers/takeaways, it could make me more productive.

Housekeeping can be a hit and miss. If housekeeping up their standard, I would give them another star, bearing in mind what was advertised and at that price point.

Everything is good, but the receptionist what he said is feel so uncomfortable to me.
Maybe I’m sensitive but do you really want to say to my partner “do u like Asian girl?”

Also we asked about late check out and accept, but when we check out late, the reception called twice because we didn’t checkout 10am.

Surprised to find this hotel as it is located within the grounds of Curtin University. It was very clean, comfortable rooms and beds, and blissfully quiet. Immediately outside there are a selection of small restaurants and takeaway as well as a very close IGA supermarket. Only criticism is no on site laundry facilities that I could find.

Tried to checkout in the morning no one at reception. Went and put my luggage in my car came back after 10 mins. Still no one at reception so i left the room key and a note saying i had checked out. Nesutio then charged my card for the room which i had already paid for. Now i have the hassle of trying to get my money refunded. Fantastic.

We booked this room pretty late after having to cut a European trip short and needing to transit Perth overnight on our way to SA.
For a one-nighter in Perth this more than met our needs. Near new, modern, and clean - it was pretty good(without having any bells and whistles), and well priced for the Perth region. It's within the precinct of Curtin University, and has a great vibe about it. Some cafes nearby too in the morning if you want a quick bite.
The one problem we found was that the fridge wasn't plugged in - a bit disappointing but I'm sure could have been easily remedied.

Very clean, modern, new rooms. We loved the 2 bedrooms suite (2 adults, 3 kids) & we had great time staying there & relaxing. Albeny rd is very near by with lots of great Restirant. Great staff assisting us for late check in & check out. Very much recommended.

Local IGA next door to accommodation. Waterford Shopping Centre with Coles and IGA, plus specialty shops, fast food takeaway and restaurant about 15min walk away.
Unfortunately the university grounds nor Nesuto have a cafe on site!
Maybe this might change REALLY soon.

After struggling to find a hotel under $850 on the particular weekend I needed one. I booked it here. I was a little worried as it was so cheap and didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. Very decent for the price.
It's not the kind of hotel you book to lay around the pool all day (it doesn't have one) but if you just need a place to stay near enough to Burswood or Optus Stadium....

Eggs Benedict was very nice at breakfast and the service staff were efficient and welcoming.

Location is good and the rooms are well equipped. The only let down is the house keeping. Very hit and miss at what is or isn’t done on a daily basis. Replacing milk, coffee and tea, usually a standard expectation??? Cleaning shower, replacing or folding towels not done. Cups and spoons left as is?
