Great breakfast!

Convenient location. Room smaller than was expected but practical.

Clean, comfortable, and a nice looking newer hotel. There are hotels closer to the airport if you’re planning on walking (the city is quite small). It is close to restaurants nearby though. Only one washer and one dryer for a hotel with 8 floors. Took hours to get one load of laundry done unfortunately.

Felt claustrophobic with a room overlooking an office building. Could not figure out the TV remote as no instructions.

There was barely enough room for me to leave my luggage on the ground. The room was nice but tiny.

Rooms are extremely small, basically just a place to sleep, so if you plan on spending time in room book elsewhere, otherwise excellent. Freindly staff, great breakfast, nice lobby to relax in, shower is awesome with great water pressure. Hotel is very clean and spotless.

Room was somewhat spartan. Light out in bathroom. Breakfast buffet was supposed to be included but staff had us pay extra for breakfast.

There were no face cloths for washing your face each day. Was disappointed with the breakfast costing money so we did not eat there. They had no dining for lunch or supper either

Small rooms...feels like prison cells, they only clean every 4th day otherwise extra cost, wifi is heavily censored/monitored

This was a convenient place to stay. Breakfast was not included but was easy to add on and had a good variety of food. There was one washer and dryer that we were be to use. The room was clean, tight but comfortable for my family of 4 with the twin Murphy beds n easy convenience.

Not great. This is an unstaffed hotel, so it feels very transactional. No daily housekeeping, so even though I stayed 5 nights, I had a single towel (no face towel) for everything. Room stayed warm the whole time, despite opening a window and setting the thermostat very low. Would only recommend for short stays.

It was nice.

Room was quite empty. Uncomfortable chair. No tea / coffee. The lock malfunctioned in the middle of the night and we had to wait one hour for someone to fix it so we could get into the room to sleep.

For the same price as a decent hotel, you could stay in a miniature room that will never get cleaned or brought fresh towels, at this hotel with crappy service and a below average breakfast. Spent five nights here. The first night I was woken up at around midnight by reception who did a loud room clean at my neighbouring room. The last night I spent here the hotel was out of warm water. Different receptionists saying different things, one promised a late checkout, the other receptionist the next day was like «absolutely not».

Very helpful staff. Good location to walk to restaurants along the marina. Great view from room of the boats and water.

Small but well set up and had everything I needed. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable.

Excellent hotel right outside of the ferry quay and train station so super convenient for arrivals and departures. The double room was plenty big enough for a one night stay, nice new industrial type decor, and spotlessly clean with a nice comfy bed. Would definitely stay again!

Centrally located new hotel near the train station and the ferry to the lofoten islands … small rooms but clean and functional, perfect for a stay connecting from train to ferry

No chair in the room, no coffee maker, no phone, no trash can in the room, no luggage cart, rooms so tiny you cant even walk and charging $180. No value for me. Wont reccommand stay.

The remote to the TV was missing in my room. Some might feel that this is a super minor issue, but this night had been planned for a while, and all I wished to do was to relax with some nice TV-shows after an extremely hectic and stressful month of constant travel. The reception staff really couldn't care less; apparently all the remotes in the entire hotel had been stolen and there was nothing they could do (that's what they told me). I understand that the reception staff can't be blamed when apparently all the remotes across the entire hotel gets stolen, but the unwillingness to show some basic customer service in the situation, was surprising to say the least. They half ignored me and it seemed like they just wanted me to go away. I'm not one to complain nor to demand anything, but I do expect that when I pay for something, things are there and in working order. Maybe in the future, staff can offer breakfast as a bandaid or, at the very least, SEEM genuinely like they care and want to help your situation. All that said, the room was very clean, so big thumbs up to the cleaners!
