The space was spacious while also feeling cozy and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and we loved the design of the entire room. The amenity station on the first floor was a wonderful addition. Everything was great, and I will definitely recommend it!

Very pleasant stay for my family with two young kids, and the customer service from the staff was top notch. They were proficient in English, which made communications very easy. The rooms were very clean, and guests were given comfortable set of pyjamas and thicker in-room sandals. The hotel was less than 5 minutes walk away from the nearest Nagahoribashi metro, making commuting a breeze. Would stay again if we're back in Osaka.

We’ve travelled a fair bit, and for this price range and class of hotel, we felt The Leben was one of the best rooms we’ve stayed in by far. Spacious, modern, clean rooms. Large for Japan, including bathrooms with separate toilet and sink areas. Welcoming, friendly staff, large open free drinks reception area. Breakfast-box brought to your doorstep in the morning so you can eat in the privacy and comfort of your own room instead of having to avoid peak times at a breakfast buffet. It was relatively quiet up on the 12th floor where we stayed and a fantastic location in Osaka - walkable to the main shopping and food district areas. Perfect for us rounding off our honeymoon in Japan, we would have happily stayed here for a couple more days! It was so good, I started searching whether The Leben had any other branches in the world so to remember to stay there in future… (It doesn’t - it seems unique to Osaka). A fantastic hotel that has been very well thought out and in my radar forever. Perfect for those who value space and time to themselves for a romantic getaway, without breaking the budget. Well done.

A good place to stay when you want to explore Osaka urban area without long time on traffic.
2 beds room is enough for a family with 3 young kids, all under 5 years old. We have 2 strollers carrying our kids and wide space lobby let us feel comfortable to load/unload our strollers.

The Leben was a excellent hotel with the best service and top notch rooms. Front desk workers were so helpful! Had a great time in Osaka and it was a safe location and extremely walkable to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, and so much more. Laundry on site too. Love the Leben

We enjoyed our stay a lot. We loved the whole interior design that felt very high end and welcoming. The rooms were also very nice and comfortable, loved the shampoos & conditioners as well as sleeping robe!
I didn’t know that but our hotel room actually included breakfast that they serve into the room (they don’t have breakfast restaurant).
One thing I didn’t like is that I felt the room was quite warm during the night and I could not find any settings to cool down if there was any… the room smelled a bit moldy which I think is not ideal for lungs well being.
As far as location I really enjoyed everything was walkable : the downtown, many restaurants and coffee around including a few massage places.

From the moment me and my family arrived we felt so welcomed by the staff . Check in was fast and easy. The staff speaks and understands multiple languages. The staff is so helpful and went above and beyond for me when I did not know how to use the thermostat remote . The front desk staff actually came to my room and showed me how everything worked . The rooms are spacious and modern . The room comes fully equipped with a refrigerator and of course the amazing Japanese toilet. Also the hotel has a coin laundry on 3 different floors and you can view your laundry time on the tv . The hotel is centrally located within 3 min walk of all restaurants and shopping . And 1 min walk to the train station . Also if you need a taxi the front desk will get one for you . I would highly recommend that you book this hotel if you are going to Osaka .

The location is good, easy to access key shopping area. The staff is helpful and polite. The room is clean. It will be better with more washing machine and drying machine. The overall experience is good.

The rooms were comfortable and large. Shower and bath!! The lobby had free coffee and cold drinks. The staff were attentive and helpful. Thanks to Fujii for all he help and always offering a friendly smile and hello. The front desk organised a cab to airport, and stored our luggage for the entire day. I will return!!

Easily the best hotel we stayed in on our trip. The staff were so freindly and attentive. the rooms were really nice and could fit 4 of us. i especially loved the bathroom with a nice big bath and fancy shower heads. great value and only 10 mins walk to dotonburi

The leben Osaka hotel offers a convenient location in Osaka, however, my experience with their front desk staff was inconsistent. While some were friendly and accommodating, others seemed disinterested. During my visit, I arrived early and was surprised to be charged for an hour of early check-in. This policy felt excessive compared to other hotels in the area. Considering these factors, I would recommend exploring other accommodation options nearby.

The facility is very new and super clean! My room is a two full bed suite, very spacious and well designed. The location is good, about one mile to the Dotonbori area, not far but not very close.
The main issue about this hotel is basically no service. The breakfast was cold delivery food, not bus to airport and most front desk staff do not speak English. They could not reserve a large taxi for me and refused to borrow me a scale to weight my luggage—-I had to take my suitcases to the front desk to weight.
So if you just want a clean comfortable room, do not mind a little walk to the major entertainment area and do not need any service, this could be good one for you.

Mine is a standard twin bed room. Two big double beds with a sofa and a small round table at a corner. Very comforable and clean bedings. New washroom layout is considerable👍. Seperate shower area, toilet and sink table. Great design.

Clean and rooms are quite large. Hotel design was great and enjoyed the provided extras in the lobby (tea, infused waters, toiletries). Breakfast was good - liked that it was a variety and spread toppings for the bread were different everyday.
Area is convenient, close distance to subway and walkable to major attractions. It's also quiet and frees very safe. Big 7/11 was located right next door.
Highly recommend and would stay here again for my next trip to Osaka!

Highly recommended by CEm, Hotel the Leben was an oasis. Very much appreciated the attention to detail and staff diligence. Excellent room on the 5th floor and it didn’t matter that it wasn’t a high floor. Appreciated the laundry and being so close to 7/11. Our son stayed a few years ago when the hotel was new and unrated. An absolute gift of a find and we very much hope to return. Great the supportive slippers helped protect the spotless carpet.
