The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, however, the shower area doesn’t drain water properly, which is both inconvenient and unpleasant. When we raised the issue, they initially said they would send the maintenance team, but later the receptionist informed us that "the building was designed in a way that causes the water to remain in the shower area. She mentioned that she personally would have resolved the issue, but the hotel management did not share her perspective."

The hotel was in a great location which made it walkable to many tourist attractions. The rooms were immaculately designed and cleaned to perfection. The customer service was top notch and property was picturesque.
Ariana at the front desk was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable of the area and was able to make suggestions when needed.
Overall this hotel completely contributed to my excellent stay in Porto. I can’t wait to come and visit again.

Perfection! A short but wonderful stay. Centrally located A short block away from the river. Near everything you want to see Porto and Gaia.The hotel room was very clean and quiet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. this staff was super accommodating and made wonderful recommendations

Beautiful views, nice room, good towels etc. AC was an issue. It didn't work at all, and it took time for the staff to believe us. After a hot loud sleepless night with open windows, no fan, garbage pick up, seaguls screaming( i didn't know they are active at night), party goers... management finally moved us. The new room was lovely. Breakfast was great! We sat outside over looking the river

Loved the room. Very spacious, nice, and clean. The shower alone was amazing and deserves 5 stars on its own. The staff was very accomodating to my plant-based breakfast request and made sure I had enough food. Our room safe battery died right before our check out and the staff resved the issue in a very professional and fast manner. The area is great too. Would stay here again.

Hotel has a nice little cafe attached for snacks and drinks as you come or go for the day or night, while it was never really busy, the staff there were incredibly friendly.

Very nice hotel. Friendly informative front desk personnel. Location is good. (One block up from the river and all its cafes and restaurants.) Updated, Clean, Comfortable Hotel. We had a spacious room at the top with a small balcony and kitchenette.The hotel elevator goes up to the third floor then a walk up a flight of stairs to the room. It is was not a problem at all.
Bathroom clean, roomy with a nice shower. Breakfast in the lobby eating room was very good with lots of choices and requests granted.

This hotel was delightful. When we arrived the deskclerk took us up to the room, showed us the amenities, and asked us if the room was acceptable. It was excellent! New furniture, large windows and small kitchen area. Our room came with breakfast which included a large buffet and eggs, omelette made to order. Location is perfect, just a short walk to restaurants and water. Would recommend this hotel to friends.
