You should get a new quicker coffeemachine at the breakfast, the 3 you have, are terribly slow.

Staff were very friendly and attentive

Nothing wrong with the hotel but putting bars in pools make people pee in them while sitting in them. A lot of people bathing in their clothes, if one needs it to protect themselves from sun or whatever use dedicated clothes not your everyday t-shirt that you sweated in and use showers before swimming and use toilets for peeing. The hotel could be better with adressing these issues and then it would have been better for everyone. I know I was in a different culture and sometimes need to adjust accordingly but sometimes people don’t understand and need guidance, either remove the sign quiet zone or tell people yelling across entire hotel to keep it down. I have no problems with kids playing or laughing or people conversing but when people are angrily yelling across entire hotel. It always amazes me when I see these people behaving like no one else is present. Also stayed in sister hotel which was a lot better.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel was wonderful. Our pool view room was large enough for our family of 4 and we loved the big balcony. I can’t fault it really - we will be back!

I would like to provide feedback on our recent at your hotel. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the level of cleanliness in our room, which fell far below what we have come to expect from 5-star or even 4-star hotels. Additionally, the room itself was in urgent need of renovation. The extra bed provided for our child was also extremely uncomfortable. It had only a mattress a few centimeters thick placed on a hard wooden frame. Our child complained of neck and back pain. On a positive note, we appreciated the beautiful appearance of the hotel’s common areas, and the breakfast was excellent—thank you for that. The staff, for the most part, were friendly and helpful, with special thanks to New, who went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and even offered us the option to change rooms. However, by that point, we had already decided to leave and switch to another hotel, so we checked out as soon as we found a suitable alternative. While our stay could have ended on a better note, unfortunately, the service we received upon checkout was the worst we have ever encountered. When I said thank you and goodbye, Mrs. Dao did not respond or even make eye contact. It was only thanks to the gentleman at the adjacent desk who offered a thank you and farewell on behalf of his colleague that we left with some sense of courtesy. I hope this feedback is helpful and taken into consideration for future improvement.

Once again we had an outstanding stay here. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpfull, the pool is very nice and the breakfast is the best in the area.

We booked 7 rooms within our travel group. 3 out of the 7 rooms were so mouldy they had to change rooms 2 of these booking didn’t even get into a room on the first day we booked due to the mould ended up staying from midnight in temporary rooms and had to move the next day but had to wait until 12pm for the rooms to be ready. Once we were all in rooms that weren’t mouldy the stay was good, the pools are excellent for the kids however the slides need maintenance. The hotel is close to landmark night market and good location for many restaurants
