To start the room was not so clean, owners allowed for people to be loud. All night long people coming in and out. 2 times I had people come inside my room because they thought it was their room. Overall -0 out of 10

Infested with cockroaches dirty it was the worst experience I want a refund

Terrible motel! Would never go back or recommend. 4 of us in a room with only 1 towel and half a roll of toilet paper. Soiled sheets on one bed. Homeless hanging outside the room with noise all night. Filthy conditions all around. Would like a refund. Ugh!

I had reserved a room for 3 nights. I went to check in during my lunch hour and they could not check me in due to “online problems”. Since I was on a timeframe and decided to check in later. When I had gone back to check in they told me there was no vacancy and sent me somewhere else where they told moved the reservation. I show up to that motel and they had no idea of anything and of course they also had no vacancies. I will never book here again and would recommend that no one else book there either. Bad news all the way around.

This is the most disgusting place I’ve ever been and me and my wife are supposed to have a really good night. Hang out time away from the kids finally and it was just rode by this place. The bugs are just hideous couldn’t sleep comfortably we need sleep, whidn’t sleep.

Stay away. A lot of illegal activities. Yelling middle of the night. Loud cars in and out all night. No hot water, roaches running around the bathroom. It’s better than sleeping in the car.

HOVELL, masking tape held a/c unit to window/wall opening, scotch tape held wood window sill to wall together, bathroom wood frame hollow door separated from knob to bottom, bullet holes in the walls poorly patch with mud plaster, no hot water in three days, manager arrive at 10:15 am final day to usher us out by 10;30 his check out time, of which we were unaware, assuming industry standard of 11:00 am check out, he then informed us the hot water WAS WORKING AGAIN and turned on shower to demonstrate, no hot water, he departed for a few minutes, returned and hot water commenced, it was nowCHECK OUT TIME, On line price quoted was not honoured, he increased the price and said Somme other made the error, sheet stained, granular material found between sheets, may be spice, nutmeg, jinger, or pepper, towel rack improperly installed, . At check in toilet stool floor area was water covered. I requested no service for my three day stay, Friday Saturday Sunday, I slept in my clothes, pillows were stuffed with USED BATH AND FACE TOWELS, lumpy to rest your head on, ROOM FRAGRANCE musty, damp, cold, now well ventilated, or open to fresh air frequently, heater air conditioner poor warm air supply. I never turned heater off in 3 days. I never approached the MANAGER GARY after check in due to his surliness and uncompromising countenance when I informed him of the HIGHER RATE THAN ADVERTISED and confirmed on line. I asked for an immediate refund within 15minutes of booking manager said he would let expedia know nothing has happened since then. Roaches were running everywhere with cigarette burns in the blanket.

its very peaceful not loud and there is some food places around which is nice. The service was amazing the manager is very friendly and social. It was more than I expected when I arrived at my room where I found it to be far more spacious and clean than other accommodations I have stayed in in the past. The room was clean and spacious with a nice clean bathroom

It's up when I first got there it looked like I was in a third world country and then this old man comes out I check in he writes everything down manually there's no computers anywhere he gives me a key and says you're in room 14 so I go in there hang out for a little bit and then the owner comes to my door he says I need to leave I said why he said I didn't pay I said I sure did I paid through hotels.com you should have you know something confirming that my payment went through I called my bank even and the lady over the phone I had on speaker confirmed that I paid right in front of him and he still wasn't denial he still wanted me to leave I said I'm not leaving anywhere until I get payment from you I paid I'm not going to double pay I said you want me to leave you're going to pay me to leave and then well maybe about 15 minutes later he comes back he tries to apologize but the apology was not genuine it was just it sounds so meaningless I just ignore him and not to mention I got sick in the room and it was filthy

First off we waited 30 mins to check in the manger was not there.when we got into room there were no towels went to front office they said theyd bring sone never did no shower stuff at all

The room didn't have any towels or toilet paper. The shower was broken and the room also had roaches. I was sent to multiple rooms and they all had roaches one room wasn't clean and the bed wasn't made. Then I was sent to two other motels and both of the motels had roaches.

I really tried giving this place a chance, but honestly after the third time staying there I must say I was very disappointed. Every time I had to ask for toilet paper, towels and the TV remote. Which by the way it would take me hours to get a pair of towels. For my most recent stay checking in was a disaster. If it wasn't because I had reserved online I would've left somewhere else. Waited over 20 minutes just for someone to assist me. Let's just say it took about an hour just to get checked in a key to the room. Overall I was very disappointed.

The hotel was very dirty, the door did not lock, there was no toilet paper or towels ,,there was hair everywhere ,and holes in the walls ..The toilet and the shower were both overflowing ,and this is just too name a few things.. we left after 2 hours!!

I normally call all the hotels to make sure i can smoke the man said they did so i booked room. Once i got there the problem began the older guy went from English speaking to speaking in a different language i knew then it was a problem its unfair they come here and then they false advertising and its unfair that hotel.com don't check them out. Also was told only smoking room they have was 60 more dollars and the room was not cool. And if i complained they was not going to let me stay the night this is black mail

Was clean and affordable.

The rooms were clean and they were spacious. they had good parking for two cars and they didn't charge me. The management was very nice.

The owner charged me for a double bed and when I arrived to checked he denied he had one available and wouldn’t refund me my money.. he gave me a single bed and wouldn’t even give me the single bed rate.. the place has tons of roaches and the shower didn’t work.. the owner is a crook he would charge people different rates based on who was dumb enough to pay what he asked ..

I have never wasted my $$ like I did with th them no towels tissue or soap dirty sheets on the bed I demanded my $$ back but the hotel 2 blocks away accommodate me but they had no towels or soap never again I didn’t even get a shower😩😑I never complained before I’m very understanding but this was so wrong😔

I wasn’t able to get a room after I already paid for the night. I showed up to check in and the man from the front desk told me all the rooms were booked. I told him I had a confirmation number for the stay, but all he said all the rooms were taken. Hopefully I get my money back.
