I called early to say my flight was delayed but I will be arriving an hour later or so and ask if that was fine as I know some places close during night. They told me that they have service 24/7 and I could arrive at any time as there should be people to receive me. But no. No one was there and I was knocking the door and my finger hitting the doorbell but no one was there. Waited 30 minutes phoned them more than 5 times and no one answer. After more than an hour later, when I have arrives to another place, called again and this time a guy with voice that sounded he had just woken up, answered the phone. When I explain he told me, No, i dont see you in the camera and I told him, of course not. That was an hour ago and I am now in another place. He insisted I can't see you in the camera, you are lying. I told him it was midnight I had to be somewhere safer than the street.
Mexico is a dangerous place at night for an alone woman. The worst part is: I rise the complaint. They never ever apologized and worst, they didn't reinbursed my money. They didn't gave the service, they abandoned me, they never apologize and even more, they robbed me. Worst experience ever. Be careful with those guys.

The entire staff went above and beyond to make our 7-night stay memorable. Efrain in particular was just the best! We really appreciated his hospitality. The fresh fruit breakfast with sweet cornbread was a great way to start our day. A fine tequila by the pool to finish the day… perfecto! We will definitely stay here again!!

So much nicer than a conventional hotel. Its a beautiful antique mansion and the attention to detail and cleanliness is incredible. I loved it!! We had a jacussi and sauna in our own bathroom which was amazing overall

The toilet was durty, someone forgot to flush it.
Papers on the floor hanger at the door.
From the faucet dirty water was coming out.
I ask to change rooms I was told that can be done. There was no manager, finally I insisted
ans they put me into a lesser value. The tv. is a decoration, finaly I was able to make it work and then a big letters No Wifi connection. And no hot water at night.

Where can I start.
Bathroom was durty so was the room, water was coming out red from the faucet. The was a hanger in the ceiling.
The television is on a decoration because you can't watch anything.
The toilet was clogged.
The room 302 its a hazard to take a bath.
There is no hot water.
The night person is left without a manager with decision making.
Finally I was moved to another room lesser value.
I don't understand how Orbitz have places like this in there website. 😡😡😡

Experience personal care at top level. Service is unique and friendly. Best place to relax and simply enjoy yourself. Spent two days and the hotel personnel made it difficult to want to be outside the grounds with their wonderful attention and care for details to make your stay a wonderful experience and they accomplished it.
