No tv it had been knocked off and put in wardrobe shower did not work. Promised to problem out but did not!!

The hotel is excellent value for money.. The staff are really friendly and couldn't do enough for you.. The rooms was lovely and clean and the beds was really comfy.. The food was excellent... The bar is ideal and great value for money.. Will definitely stay again and again... Car spaces available at a quarter price to the rest of Blackpool's car parks.. Was there for a viva show.. Had a brilliant time.. Thank you to all at Ferndale hotel It was a pleasure meeting you all.. Will be back with daughters and grandkids to share the experience...

Very nice place to stay and friendly.

Paul and the team were wonderful, very friendly! You can tell that they have a proper family dynamic there! It was a good place to rest our heads for the night and Paul went above and beyond for us on the night when we had a little mishap! Thank you Paul and the team :-)

In Blackpool for the Northern Soul weekend at Tower Ballroom. Perfectly situated just a few minutes walk away. Chose a small double room which was fine for our needs, clean with a good shower. Nice bar area, didn't have breakfast. Friendly host and staff, would recommend.

This is a lovely place to stay, owners & staff so friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean and comfortable., nice touch was the mini bar in room. This place deserves its 10/10

Our stay was perfect. The host was pleasant and most welcoming. Our room was spotless, the beds were comfy and the bed linen was clean. Overall our stay was perfect.

Fantastic service breakfast great charming young lady serving breakfast very good clean tidy guest house tv and coffee in bedroom.and hot chocolate never seen so much will go again

Wasnt sure when i booked this hotel, im used to 4 star and paying 3 times the price. Ill definitely be staying here again simply due to the friendly staff, amazing breakfast and good location. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recomended.
