An exceptionally wonderful hotel! , Everything is five star ,from lobby to guest room. Beautiful bathroom with great amenities. Staff is extremely nice and welcoming, always ready to assist. Complimentary breakfast buffet with a large selection of food.Hotel rate is very reasonable too. What a pleasant stay! Highly recommend it to all.

The Divan is a very comfortable and professionally run hotel in Ankara. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms and beds are very comfortable, with all the facilities that you would expect in a four star hotel. The breakfast buffet is very extensive (open 6.30AM to 10.30AM). The only down-side is the hotels location, a ten to fifteen inute taxi ride away from the city centre, but is located within a very quiet residential area. There is a nice swimming pool and hamam in the hotel, but unfortunately we did not have the time to use it on this occasion. We would certainly stay at the Divan Hotel again, when next in Ankara !

The facilities such as spa and lobby etc are great! The location is too far away from the city centre. But the area is quite nice. There is a restaurant about 5 minutes from the hotel called Adana is brilliant they have the best grill ! The young bellboy is a very nice person, very helpful and pleasant! Sadly we forgot his name. But to give a clue that he worked the night shift during our stay during 19th and 20th December 2023 evenings.

We really appreciated to see typical Divan Hotels' high quality in Ankara as well.

The staff was beyond any words ...the room was spectacular...what an amazing experience...if you're staying in Ankara make sure YOU'LL stay in Divan ....nothing short of perfection!!!! AAA

It was ok. I had more expectations for this hotel, but it’s like any other chain hotel such as doubletree or holiday inn. It does need some upkeep (e.g. new rugs, new paint) and some of the staff were either really nice or really snobby. Almost as if they look down on you if you dress in a relaxed sporty style. The greatest caveat is that you can’t walk to the city center unless if you enjoy long (very long walks). For example, you need a taxi to get to the city center because it is more than a 30 min walk to Kizilay.

Great place to stay in Ankara! It has all the amenities, including a nice spa and it's in a good location. The staff is kind and attentive. I will stay again.

Nice staff , clean , quiet

We were happy with our stay at Divan hotel. It is newly decorated, very clean, nice and helpful staff. So definitely I would like to stay again. I would like to mention just one item to be improved that is the open breakfast buffet. Although there was a large amount of choice the quality of food was not good.

From the moment you walk in the door, you know that you are being taken care of by a professional establishment. My husband and I were VERY IMPRESSED with the level of care and professionalism coming from all members of the Divan team. The personal note and gift waiting in our room was a lovely touch and we appreciated the hotel having the baby crib installed in the room by the time we arrived. The cleaning staff took excellent care of our room daily. The buffet breakfast was nice and the environment was relaxing. We will DEFINITELY return to Divan when staying in Ankara again. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so great!

Very nice hotel

I went to divan with my 4 year old son. It was so peaceful and conducive. I would highly recommend. We love it. Food came very fast. The sweets were super clean and cozy,

BOOK THIS HOTEL- don’t look anywhere else! The best hotel experience I’ve had in my life! And I travel atleast 60-90 days of the year. I’m North American and used to certain comfort standards. And Divan Ankara has exceeded them. Complimentary valet Everyone speaks English! Super professional and courteous staff all around, from valet to check-in reception, housekeeping and room service. Best part: I booked for one nights, we went out to eat street food and I got food poisoning. Next morning I decided to extend the stay and it was simple over the phone with reception. I have a list of meds i needed for the food poisoning and we didn’t have cash on us, the reception desk sent someone out and got us the medicines, billed us to account(gave us pharmacy receipt so no extra charges) and continuously checked up on us! Location: beautiful area, up hill so the views from just a couple minutes away of Ankara are breathless. Divan treats you with luxury, respect and courtesy from the moment you pull in. I will forever be a guest at Divan. If there’s a Divan available- I’m staying there!!! Super clean, big room, amazing comfortable beds and pillows! Traditional North American brands need to improve their service levels and learn from Divan. The staff is so well trained that it feels like they went through an in-house training program to deliver the highest level of service across all hotel personnel I’ve stayed at many hotels and nobody
