Location is just great - 40 min walking distance to city center (there are buses as well) and is very convenient for various trips like Transfagarasan, Sighisoara, Râşnov, Bran and many other. After sightseeing relax in jacuzzi :) Apartment is really big and very comfortable for 4 people, very well equipped. There is air condition (with two balcony and curtains there was no need for us to use it even with 32 degrees). There are shops, bakery and restaurant near the apartment. Parking is just in front of the building. Aleks is great host sharing great recommendations :) and really taking care of his guests. Thank you Aleks!

We reserved the apartment for 3 people and a dog. The apartment was clean and had a nice interior design, a nice view and one TV with Netflix which was great (the TV in the bedroom doesn't work). Though at that time the apartment was pet-friendly on Booking, when I asked for a confirmation the owner said that he will make an exception (why an exception since it's pet-friendly?) but there is an additional fee - 35 € (175 RON). This would have been acceptable if the owner attitude was polite and if they checked the apartment at checkout and found it extremely dirty; but he made us feel bad for having a dog though we left the apartment clean, without dirt, fur or any damage done and we paid that extra tax for nothing. Anyways, he changed the policy and now it isn't pet friendly any more.

The major problem was the fact that the water in the jacuzzi was very COLD (22 degrees when we arrived) although I asked clearly about this and he said that when we arrive the water will be warm (40 degrees). We even confirmed the arrival time to make sure that everything will be prepared. He said that the water will be warm until 10 pm, but at 00 it was still cold (32 degrees). In addition to that the ELECTRICITY WENT OFF two times that night, in total almost 50 minutes. So if you're planning to book 2 night know that the jacuzzi will be usable only one night. Don't bother booking one night. This was extremely disappointing because we chose the apartment for this facility,

Not clean, water in jacuzzi smells very bad, the fridge was with some empty bottles left from previous guests. For the price you pay you can get much better facilities in brasov.

Everything was so good. Loved the jacuzzi. The view with the snow was very good. Jacuzzi was hot and there was also a big nice tv with Netflix

The location is really good, few minutes away from the city center by car. Two big supermarket near by. The apartment is really specious and clean. Jacuzzi was warm and even was snowing the experience was great. Kitchen has everything that you need for cooking. The washing machine works really well. I definitely will be back next year

Everything was good

Everything was great in this place. The apartment itself, the stuff, the jacuzzi, the nice view over the sunset. It’s clean, modern, beautiful, and with everything you need. The stuff is amazing, helping you promptly with any issues you may have.

Just note that the jacuzzi takes a lot of time to heat. So be patient;)

Beautiful luxury high spec apartment,huge rooftop with view to Brasov sign on mount Tampa. Hot tub was great. Beds super comfy...

10 mins in taxi to centre of Brasov (but only 12-14 lei in uber) which is £2.50 so absolutely fine
