Es war einfach so wie man es sich vorstellt, um einen schönen, ruhigen und Actiongeladenen Urlaub zu erleben. Alles wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Wir lebten in Spanien und haben damals schon gesagt, Benidorm wird uns wieder sehen. Einmal im Sunset Waves und gleich eine Wohnung gekauft. Eigentlich nur Urlaub, aber so schnell kann es gehen. Können es nur jedem empfehlen diese Wohnung zu buchen. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Anlage und alles drum herum sehr schön und zentral. Auch für Kinder wird es nicht langweilig. Alles in einem, eine tolle Unterkunft. Dankeschön, wir kommen wieder, aber dann für immer.

Es war alles super, jedoch sollte man den Rauchern auf den Balkonen ihre Freiheit lassen. Trotz dass es heisst, man dürfte nicht rauchen im und und am ganzen Komplex, halten sich sehr wenige daran. Zumindest Balkon sollte man gestatten. Anders nichts zu bemängeln.

The apartment was as per the photographs and was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a two week stay. The grounds of the apartments were immaculate and the two pools were of a good size with plenty of comfortable sunbeds and parasols which were almost always available. Keys had to be collected and dropped off at the apartments agents office (Benidorm booking.com) approximately a 5 minute drive away. Enjoyed all the facilities on offer and would definitely return.

We were issued with rubber wrist bands which had to be worn to enable you to use the facilities such as the pools, gym etc. Loss of the bands incurred a 50 euro charge by the agents. Whilst the need for this is understandable the constant checking of wrist bands by one particular member of staff was quite irritating as he had no personal skills whatsoever and his attitude bordered on being ignorant and aggressive. We didn't let him bother us but we could hear other guests getting into arguments with him. He needs a course in customer service skills.

very Spacious and clean

The room could have been doing with an information pack for the rubbish collections, where the facilities were just helps us to find out timings of the pool use etc. the double bedroom needs a bedside table with a lamp as the room is very dark once the lights are switched off.

the accomodation has good location near the beach city center is around 20minutes by walk

the company provided services 200€ deposit ( we did not have the information ) money withdrawn 2 times via unknown company we had to take a key on other address (10min away)

there was no information pack for WiFi, air conditioning operations, electrical equipment, general information. under beds needs cleaning. tumble dryer filter needs cleaning so we did not use possible fire risk !!
