The location of the hotel is excellent, but what we liked the most is staff! They did everything to make us enjoy our vacation as much as possible.

Location & waiting staff

Being hassled by the receptionist about using the air conditioning in 35 degree heat. Selected two single beds on booking.com, on arrival a double was provided, took a day for this to be sorted. Only one key provided on arrival for 2 people. Mattresses were very old and worn, woke up with a sore back in the mornings. Strong smell of the sewer in the bathroom, assumed the smell was travelling up through the Bedeau as the water supply to the appliance had been shut off with the smell travelling through the trap as all the water had evaporated. Bottom line was the attitude of the receptionist, confrontational and rude. Nobody wants to be annoyed about electricity consumption on their holiday or hassled every time they walk past reception.

Staff were very kind and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here! Communication is was very good also.
