Pros - Comfortable beds , extremely safe / quiet / beautiful area , close proximity to where I needed to be for 2 nights . Was easy to book / check in . More room / less money than most hotel rooms nearby. Full kitchen. The important things were there / fine (comfy bed / clean sheets/ clean toilet / decent shower) . The pool is nice , but looked a lil dirty & was way too cold to go in it . The pool area was a nice spot to read my book .

Apartment 10 was very beat up / run down, needs a refresher and a deep clean badly.,Shower had mold , walls had random holes, scrapes , stains . All the light switches were dirty . The ceiling in living room looks like it might cave in, if it leaks one more time. There’s burn marks on tables , beat up furniture. This place has the loudest air conditioning unit I’ve ever heard. The apartment doors were interior hollow doors , not fire proof & definitely not secure.The common front & rear entry doors are not kept locked , any one could come in and kick a door in , if they wanted to . I slept w the furniture up against the doors. Looks like it was decorated on a $30 Ross budget and some marketplace furniture. So many bugs come through the screens in the front bedroom , tiny ants are on every surface, in every room too. I slept in the bedroom with one bed , I felt like I was sleeping on someone’s lanai , as the jalousie style windows don’t seal , are falling apart & 20 mph winds were whipping through the room all night long. The screens don’t cover the entire window , big gaps let all the bugs in. AC in that bedroom is 30 years old & filthy , was afraid to turn it on . Huge gap in the main door at the top , security risk & lets the hall light in all night long. The blinds are basically sheer & have huge gaps at the sides , not much privacy in there at all. This place could be really cool , I hope the owners take the time to do repairs & make it what it should / could be.

The area was nice and calm. There was a park nearby for the kids (but with an army of mosquitoes).

Of all 3 Hotels/suites we used during our vacations in the US this was the least cleaned. The place looks nicer in the pictures dans the reality and seemed to need a few reparations. No washing machine in the appartment as shown in the picture. The pool is not regularly cleaned and was having a lot of debris.

Na zdjęciach obiekt wygląda dużo lepiej niż w rzeczywistości, ale było całkiem ok. Spokojna, kameralna miejscówka.

Nie było sprzątania i wymiany ręczników podczas naszego prawie tygodniowego pobytu. Dodatkowo do zmywarki była dołączona jedna kapsułka do mycia.

Management was unbelievable with communication and helping when needed. I was with a disabled child and he literally ran to home Depot to replace the shower head for us so she could shower comfortably. Whenever I called he picked up immediately and helped the best he could 5 stars!

Some parts of the apartment were aging and could use some updating. The pool was a little dirty.There was also a very loud upstairs neighbor, which is not management's fault but something to be aware of. All in all this apartment was as expected and perfect for our needs.
