Check in was easy. The lady was very nice.

When we walked to the room, we noticed a very dirty carpet with a lot of stains everywhere. Couch had similiar condition with a lot of stain. The shower corner were cracked, bathroom door pain peeled off. The a/c unit was extremely loud. In the morning, no hot shower and no hot water. No promising breakfast as they closed area due water issue while hotel staff eating in the welcoming lounge area. We travel a lot but this experience was really horrible

There was a bad smell in Lobby.
In our first room the tv did not work.
Our second room was on 2nd floor. The elevator went to 2nd floor but you could not take it down from 2nd floor . In the 6 nights we stayed there it wasn’t fixed. Our room key didn’t work on outside doors or our room every day. We would park in back , have to walk to front , get our key reprogrammed to be able to go to our room.
On a positive note the desk clerks were always friendly.

Upon checking in and not having a parking space in the parking lot, I toted my five and two-year-old daughters up to the room that was given to my husband room 325. We get on the elevator after we told the outside doors do not unlock with the key, go to room 325. My husband swipes the key as I’m holding my small children and someone from inside a woman yells and runs to the door and deadbolts it. There was someone already in the room. We went back downstairs as you can imagine and told the front desk clerk checked us in she put us in a room already was somebody , and then told me not to be mad because she’s not in the . It is 2 AM at this point, and my children are wide awake and scared as you can imagine we were scared so were the people that were already in the room. She couldn’t find us so I need to refund

The check in process took about 30 minutes. We went to the rooms my daughter’s room smelled like sewage. But the rest of her room was clean. My room didn’t have any smells but my bathroom was dirty the shower floor was dirty and had hair everywhere so it wasn’t cleaned. The rest of the stay was good.

We were place in a room that smelled strange, I couldn’t tolerate it. Went to the front desk and they switched us into a new room immediately. Great customer care!

Ivetta was kind of cold when checking in late. Not sure the reason but no biggee. She didn't tell me the breakfast hours and did not tell me where the elevator was located or the location of the ice machine. I realize I was checking in at 11 pm but informed the hotel I'd be late. Also, the bed wasn't fully made. My drill sergeant would have had my hide if I made a bunk like that.

The property, both inside and out, not only looked clean, but smelled clean. The desk clerks were very polite, friendly, and maintained a smile, always. The rooms smelled very clean and were very clean and comfortable as well. I slept like a rock on the beds and that speaks volumes, because i dont ever sleep through the night. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone.

Wasn’t the most clean hotel ever. But for oilfield town it is okay.

The Front Desk was unreachable by phone after I checked in around 3pm. I was unable to reach anyone. It could have been tragic if there was an emergency, Thank You Lord Jesus there was no emergency. Breakfast tasted cheap and nasty. Carpet was stained in several spots. Not all the lights worked.

It was comfortable, the remote to the tv was missing and when I tried to call the front desk to let them know the phone did not work due to the line being cut. However after I went to the front desk she was quick to bring a new remote and check the phone.

This hotel was not very clean. There were very noticeable spots in the rug, the shower and toilet was not clean, The sad part about the carpet is all you need to do is get some spot remover and clean carpet/upholstery. Breakfast Food was OK. I hate those pretend eggs that the hotels serve. It’s so easy to do real eggs and it’s healthier too. Did try the waffles which was good, but really couldn’t eat much because was afraid that there might be bugs due to the cleanliness or lack of.
