La amplitud de las diferentes estancias del apartamento
Solicitamos un servicio de trona y cuna con una antelación de meses y que se cobró como extra 40 CHF, servicio que nunca habíamos pagado en ningún alojamiento, al llegar al apartamento no había ni cuna ni trona para el bebé, tuvimos que gestionar la reclamación y trajeron por la noche ambas.
El apartamento se encuentra en la última planta y el edificio no dispone de ascensor.
Los utensilios de cocina no son adecuados para el nº de personas alojadas
La TV del salón no funcionaba
El baño es literalmente el Polo Norte, lo debes precalentar con los calentadores eléctricos portátiles que dejan, porque si no es imposible hacer uso de el.
La climatización general del apartamento es deficiente, por suerte no tuvimos un fin de semana muy frio, pero en invierno puede ser un congelador
El alojamiento tiene plazas de aparcamiento reservadas que cobra 20 CHF por día, en una zona totalmente residencial

We stayed on the top floor. If you are older be advised that there is no elevator.

EH Saturn is located in a very quiet area near St. Gallen's Hospital complex, which makes for very quiet and relaxed walks at night. On foot, it takes only 10-15 minutes to hit the city center where the shops and restaurants are plentiful, while supermarkets are even closer by. We found both the room and location to be very relaxing.
personally, a minor inconvenience was the presence of a large family with children (next door and upstairs) that didn't get the memo of the quiet time after 10pm, that made it a relative short last night for us.

it’s a perfect alternative to a hotel, so much comfortable when traveling with kids. the property has everything needed and it’s located close to the city center which is convenient to reach within 10 minutes.

The Accomodation is very clean and comfortable. All the cutlery in the kitchen was good to use. Also it felt safe to stay there because of the locking system of the hotel. Highly Recommended.

The properly is very new, conveniently located and it was exceptionally
clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay there.
We had reserved a parking space but somebody else had parked there. We had to wait with our car for some time until we made calls to property management (as no staff is directly present to help out) and the issue was solved. This was only a small thing and wasn’t frustrating as such but maybe the property management can think of how to avoid such issues
