The location was spectacular! Tents were super comfortable. Little overlook garden was really the cherry on the cake - perfect for sunsets over chai. Must especially mention Shubham and Raju ji who took such great care of us. The bonfire arranged on our second night was so lovely under the stars. Enjoyed the simple yet satisfying home-cooked meals which were ideal for a holiday in the hills.

My only complaint is there needs to be more signs to help find the place! The only one we saw was right outside the camp.

Dug Dug camps are a perfect getaway if you are searching for peace with your loved one. The location is just so serene with breathtaking views. You will feel surrounded with nature. Cool breeze, sounds of nature and no presence of human disturbances. I saw one of the best sunset with my love here. I wish I brought a ring to propose her. The camps are very cozy and their hospitality is commendable. Home style cooked food will definitely make you lick your fingers. It is close to Bhimtal but you will need your own vehicle or taxi to reach here because public transport is nearly absent.

The location is perfect and the camps are nice maintained. Our stay was made memorable because of the location and facilities. Caretaker Raju da was very jovial and helpful whenever we asked for anything

One the tents didn’t have lights for one part of the tent . Water was empty on the next day morning and we hardly had used it as no one took a bath on the day of check-in. We are non smoking family and struggled with Rajuda’s ( caretakers) bidi smoking. Lastly breakfast was served with lots of delay as we were waiting for food since morning 9.00 am to 11.00 am though we had ordered the earlier day . The cook even didn’t bother to come down to take the order though there was network issues and we had to reach out to him by going to his place for giving the order

It's about 30 off km from Haldwani. The place is beautifully maintained, the tents are spic n span and spacious. the little lawn in front is wonderfully manicured. The view is what this place is all about. you can see the plains and the riven on a clear day on one side and 2 lakes on the other. Anuj runs the place and is an interesting guy with lots of stories to narrate. I had some home cooked food. Absolutely loved it Definitely going back here.

Incomparable location. Easy drive from NCR. Peace, quiet and walks all around available. Great staff and local food. Excellent experience.
