We have been staying in this area for the past 10 years. This has been our favorite place so far. Beautifully decorated, beautiful views. Fully equipped from phone charger ports to full kitchen necessities. Look forward to staying here again.

My friends and I stayed here recently for an annual trip and loved the property and surrounding area. The house is immaculate, very comfortable, and has beautiful views. The location/surrounding area has a nice mix of feeling secluded but also having plenty to do nearby. Communication with Jennifer, the property manager, was very easy. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay! We enjoyed spending time on the screened porch and deck overlooking the bay. The home was clean and comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked for a rental property. The decor was updated and pleasant. We recommend this property for a casual, comfortable getaway.

Quiet area without the crowds. Perfect for family gatherings. Nice water amenities kayak and paddle board. Water view is unrivaled. House was spotless and comfortably remodeled. Wish we had stayed longer with the Chesapeake Bay as our backyard!

This house was pretty spectacular. Super clean and well appointed. Beautiful kitchen and amazing wraparound view of the water. The view really is amazing. Jennifer Brown, the property manager was also AMAZING. She was so nice and responsive and even offered to get us groceries to have at the house prior to our stay. 100% recommend this house and working with Jennifer!

"The Waterman" was a great choice for a getaway for four friends from college. The waterfront home and surrounding property were beautiful! The inside of this roomy, remodeled house looked brand new and the feel was light and airy due to the natural light and large windows. The kitchen really was spectacular. We cooked a lot and found that it had every appliance and gadget you would need. The gas grill and gas fire pit were nice additions to the property. We enjoyed the s'mores we made with the complimentary ingredients! The location is very convenient to St. Michaels, but we also found some things to do on Tilghman Island. Don't miss the thrift store, where there were great finds, and art studio, both next to the "Two if By Sea" restaurant which I hear is very good. Management was very responsive to a couple of minor issues. And I would suggest that you confirm what the TOTAL cost will be. We were surprised by a management fee and credit card fee which were not mentioned in the cost breakout. The four of us agreed that overall, we would grade this property with an "A." Book it - you won't be disappointed!

We had the best time at this adorable house for a recent Moms Weekend Away. The house was exactly as described, even cuter in person. It rained all weekend but we still had a lovely time. The kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for a group. The only thing I would change would be a heads up that there was only 3 rolls of toilet paper in the house. We ran out and had to make a trip out when we could have brought some had we known. There was also some ants because of the rain but the manager was very communicative and helpful with that. Thank you so much for a great stay! We hope to come back again in 2 years for another girls trip.

Perfection. Beautifully renovated, tastefully decorated cottage with all the amenities! We had a wonderful stay at The Waterman. Stunning sunrises, beautiful views. A lovely screened in porch... the perfect spot for quiet relaxation or dinner with a view! Hammocks for lazy days. Fully stocked kitchen and very comfy beds. We look forward to returning again!

The house is very nice, very well stocked. The views are spectacular, very close to the water. Property manager was very responsive, especially when we had a problem with the heat not working on the second floor.

The home was spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculate. The backyard, right on the water, and the view alone are well worth the stay! The neighborhood and surroundings were so peaceful, just what we wanted for a stay away from the city. It is possibly the nicest rental we’ve ever stayed at and we plan to return. It was a wonderful relaxing trip!

Spotless, pretty and quiet - an amazing home with the harbor at your feet. A stunning view, well equipped kitchen and a clean, comfy bedrooms to lay your head at night. This house combines cottage charm with modern touches. This small island is just special and the nicest people! It was the start for us to the holiday season and we nicknamed Tilghman Island Bedford Falls! It's clear the owner takes great pride in this house. It felt like home and we plan on returning!

The house was the perfect place to spend the weekend with family. The view is amazing and no detail is overlooked.

We loved our stay! The view is incredibly peaceful, and the property is perfectly set up for a VRBO. Everything is clean and labeled, the mattresses are wonderful, there are several nooks and crannies where you can be cosy and read, and the kitchen is well stocked. We were there to celebrate my mother in law's 95th birthday. We had four people -- myself, my husband, his mother, and our daughter. It was a wonderful little break.

Don’t miss the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home! No detail has been overlooked, from night lights, to a s’mores basket, to comfortable outdoor seating, to high quality linens and towels! The location on the water is breathtaking! We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would recommend this home to anyone coming to the Tilghman Island/St Michaels area.

My husband and I were lucky enough to have found this fantastic newly renovated property in a spectacular location…right on the water at the end of a private road on Tilghman Island. The house itself had every amenity you could want in a rental - the appliances were brand new, the beds were so comfortable, plush towels and linens were all provided, as was soap and lotion. We didn’t have a chance to take advantage of all of the entertainment options (paddleboard, cornhole, kayak) but we did enjoy the screened in sunroom, hammocks and fire pit. The huge windows at the back of the house offer the most incredible sunrise views. It is just a few minutes drive to St. Michael’s but we also enjoyed a few of the local restaurants in town. We had the most wonderful stay at The Waterman. Highly recommend!!
