This unit was like new and very clean, as well as, in an amazing resort spot. You really don’t need to even leave the property with a large and really nice pool with tiki cabana style bar and grill, a fine dining restaurant on the top floor with glass window walls for an obstructed and unparalleled view of the ocean. Also has the Aarrrrrr Pirate bar and grill in site and the tiki cabana at the pool has a grill and serves great breakfast and lunch foods right at the pool and the ocean is just over the dunes. Hated to leave this beautiful place.

Spacious, clean, modern, comfortable and beautiful!

This condo is spectacular in every way. Right when you enter the condo, you are greeted with an exceptional front row view of the beach and ocean. The condo has gorgeous furnishings and we were so happy with the open floor plan. We married right on the beach during our stay and it was so nice to have a place for the groomsmen to get ready without being on top of each other. The condo was also spotless clean when we arrived and equipped with everything we needed. We hope to come back very soon. The wedding was exciting and beautiful but also stressful so we really want to come back to enjoy the peace and beauty this condo offers. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us!

Cons: Condo needs a deep cleaning. Hairs left everywhere! Also, sheets in master didn’t seem clean. Furniture is old. The property is outdated and needs repairs. One pool was not working leaving only one that was jammed packed and not enjoyable. Elevators broken. Washing machine is extremely loud, it was hard to even have conversations while running it and we definitely couldn’t run a load while going to bed. Also, would be nice to be able to have a storage closet for beach chairs, boogie boards, etc instead of having to haul them back and forth to our vehicle every day. First condo I’ve stayed where we had no storage closet. Pros: Great, up close views of the ocean that we really enjoyed. Beds were comfortable.

The property needs a refresh the grounds and property are in need of repairs . The condo also had dirty floors and dirty sheets when we arrived . The master bath shower did not drain and I had to unclogged it! The furniture has stains and is outdated ! The view from balcony and the beach was awesome ! We paid a lot of money for our vacation and we were disappointed in the condo and with the resort!

It was all very beautiful. The condo right on the beach was perfect. I’m pretty sure the balcony view was everyone’s favorite. The communication with Andrew was smooth, easy, and courteous. Politely checking in to make sure our visit was the best possible experience. I would surely recommend this stay and I hope to travel there again soon! Easy in and out to the beach with plenty of room in entry foyer to store beach gear. Spacious, tidy, nicely decorated unit with amazing views!! Things to be aware of: 1. pretty far north on topsail so if you are looking for easier access to food you’ll have to drive a little further. 2. High tide comes up almost to the dunes. Just something to be an aware of if planning beach time around those hours. 3. Bathrooms are very basic builder grade (I.e. not a Luxe shower experience) but clean. The washer/dryer is very loud, but not an issue unless you are trying to watch TV. Again, all of these things are really non-issues just brining awareness. Overall, a nice time on beautiful island!

The place looked just like the pictures! The condo was absolutely beautiful and had mostly everything you could need! So close to the ocean and our girls loved sitting on the balcony to see the ocean.

We enjoyed our family stay for our spring break trip! We will be back! The only thing we wished it would have had were some beach chairs possibly for the people whose cars aren’t big enough to bring there own! But everything else was amazing and the property has the best views!!!

We love staying at St. Regis on Topsail. The condo was beautiful and welcoming. My family enjoyed our stay!

We had the best time at this condo. Exceptionally clean and well stocked, and the host was extremely helpful and responsive. We cannot say this strongly enough: highly recommend this condo. We spent most of our time on the balcony either watching the sunrise or the moonrise, and just relaxing and enjoying the waves. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful experience in a spotless completely updated condo. Couldn’t be any closer to beach without being on it. Host was very attentive checked in online everyday to make sure everything was ok. Great chairs on large deck., plenty of seating inside, and comfortable king beds. . Best place I’ve ever stayed at the beach.

We enjoyed the beautiful views from all the bedrooms! The living area had comfortable seating for us all. The game room in the condo building was a hit. Andrew was responsive by email right away. Great stay!

The place is immaculate and beautiful, and there are views from every room! You couldn't be any closer to the ocean. Great communication from the host. It was nice for us since we have a baby. We didn't feel like we were missing any time down at the water since the water came right up to the place. The pool area was also great, and there was a nice playground and basketball court on site as well. I wouldn't recommend renting bikes on this part of the island, if that's something your family does, as there is no bike lane or shoulder and speed limit is quite high for a beach town. (Not what I was used to compared to Jersey beach towns) Great restaurants in the Sneads Ferry area. Surf City was a trek and crowded for dinner since there are limited restaurants, but luckily we weren't really there in-season or I'm sure the restaurants would've been more crowded. But, we found excellent spots in Sneads Ferry, plus a Steeler bar! But, as far as the place goes it was lovely. Nothing else really to do in this area, and you should pack food since there aren't things that are walkable. Everything is a drive. But, it was a really beautiful condo. Would stay again for a quieter vacation.
