The owner was very lovely and super welcoming. He gave us a bunch of tips for our stay and the morning coffee in the garden was definitely our highlight. The house is super clean and very modern. We would highly recommend you stay here for your visit to Ljubljana!

The bathroom was shared, but it was clean and only shared between two rooms so it was okay. The room had a mesh on the windows so the mosquitoes didnt come in so that was nice. Zlatko was a nice, helpful and friendly host, he had good recommendations for places in the city. Parking was in front of the house behind a gate. And also i cant forget to mention the coffee in the morning which was really great. The city center was like 30 minutes away because of the bridge under construction but normally it is like 20 minutes.

Our stay definitely exceeded our expectations. The location is the perfect starting point for any Slovenian adventure you might want to embark upon - not just the city of Ljubljana, but a plethora of other interesing and beautiful places are usually just up to an hour-long drive. The city centre is quite far, but accessible via car or even by a long walk. The room is small but cozy and has everything you need. Last but not least, Zlatko, the owner, is literally the dream host - easy-going and friendly, whilst still respecting your privacy. Also he makes great breakfast (which I would higly recommed) as well as the best Neapolitan pizza :).
We found the shared bathroom a little inconvenient, however, it is clearly advertised so we knew about it. Also there is only one large duvet for two people which we were not the biggest fans of. Lastly, a towel rack in the room would be appreciated so we wouldn't need to leave the towels just hanging on the chair.

Excellent place if you're looking for a quiet, clean, cheap and comfortable accomodation. The walking distance from downtown is not short, but just a few minutes if you have a car. The owner speaks several languages (English, Italian, German) and is very kind. Upon request he can prepare a good breakfast at your choice. A nice and relaxing garden is also available for the guests. Highly reccommended place to stay!

I really loved this place and wish he had more availability. The host was wonderful and took time to talk with me and to make me feel welcome
Breakfast was delicious, well presented and plentiful.
The bed was so comfortable and the outdoor area was so quiet and relaxing.

Very beautiful new house located at a 20 minutes walk from the centre. Perfect if you’re travelling with your vehicle as you can park in the house garden. The host is very friendly and helpful. Nice size room and new spacious shared bathroom.

The place completely new and had plenty room for parking. Everything was cozy and comfortable. The host is very charming!
