Upon arriving to the home at 7:30am there were people walking the street "tweeking" from being high. Nearby restaurants were flooded with homeless people in the parking lots. We made sure to put chairs in front of both doors at night time because we were worried about the neighborhood. The home itself smelled like sewage the entire time. A/c could not keep up and kept kicking off and on. We had to sleep with fans on at night. Bring extra towels and washcloths as there were only 2 per bathroom. The size of the house was wonderful!! The master was huge with a huge closet! Bathroom showers were updated and large. It was very nice to have 2 walk in showers. Kitchen and living room were very nice as well!

Needed a plunger because toilet got stopped up none at the property. I asked host to reimburse for one he said I was responsible for stopping up the toilet so it was on me. Not the way to handle your guest.

The master bed was super comfy and the master bedroom is very large. My dogs adjusted well to the house, but missed a backyard.

only 1bath towel per bathroom furnished. No hand towels or dish towels. House was nice and roomy. Location questionable.

Plenty of space; comfy beds; Fridge wasnt cold enough; hard to reach fan to put on (had to stand on bed) in guest room.

Went up to spend the weekend visiting my daughter at USF. Place was clean and comfortable. No complaints.

House is in a good location. Easy access getting around tampa.

Booking and checking in was smooth and easy. Everything was clean, nice kitchen with everything you need. The beds are perfect, we liked the mattress so much we took a picture of the tag. The location is just 8 minutes to Busch Gardens which made it easy to get to our seminar. I would definitely stay here again.
