Easy to find, 15 mins from daughter. Lovely house clean, the most comfortable bed I've slept in...meant to take a note of the mattress!..wifi was handy. Opposite a school but can honestly say was quiet and peaceful, the area was quiet, and easy to relax in. I would recommend this as a booking, they cater well for you...coffee, tea etc...is just like a home away from home.

The Christmas tree, decorations and welcome card was very thoughtful! Contact with hosts was good and the neighbours were approachable too. House had a lovely cosy feel, parking was easy and for us, being dog friendly was essential.

Fridge was a bit grubby and the bathroom bin had not been emptied. We couldn't work the shower, but it looked new and I am sure the problem was us locating a switch, rather than the shower not working! We had a bath instead so was not an issue and there was plenty of hot water!

Loved everything we will be using the house again when we are visiting our family.

A lovely welcome on arrival and easy to communicate with hosts, which I just needed once. Really comfortable space.

The house itself needs a bit of work aesthetically but it was clean and tidy which was most important.
