Was not like the pictures shown. Room very small, shower the worst I've ever had no pressure and cold. Bed very uncomfortable, nowhere to put anything. Worst place i have ever stayed. Would give it 1 outof 10.

The most friendly and welcoming host. Felt very comfortable staying here. Will be returning 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

wonderful place , friendly owner , location is so perfect everything is on a mins walk , town , food , shoping and beach all one place , i like the place is well decor for blackpool , upgraded us a bigger room for no extras. will definately recommed as it was over all a wonderful stay for me and my partner.

Wonderful place to stay , nice and clean , A must recommened hotel sitting in the heart of town and all local amenities , it was a bargain price so we booked it for one night only , hope to visit again soon during illumination.

This is my first property in Blackpool where I loved staying with family , massive family rooms , good double room , almost fully refurbished , innitially when we Booked the property I was not happy with the reviews and we were a little concerned about it which was so wrong and false information . upon arrivals we were welcomed so warm , close to beach , town , bus , plenty of dining and breakfast places , we must recommend it for a good stay at Blackpool Central Hotel.

I will never stay here again!! The service was terrible, they made a mistake with the room, even though I phoned twice to confirm we required a first floor with washing facilities, we where told we had to use a 2nd floor room. I refused and explained about our room and where given a first floor room. No help carrying our bags upstairs, You could just get a double bed the room. Then the tv didn't work. To top it all off the shower didn't even work, so when complained had to wait till next day for a room to become available with a working shower. Totally unacceptable :( :(

The worst experience ever never ever going back there again

Was absolutely terrible. Worst place ive ever stayed in. I had to rescrew the door handle on my room back on. There was clumps of womens hair everywhere. The bed felt broken and the place was just all round nasty

Nice comfy bed and good shower. Staff very friendly. Basic but clean. I would recommend this hotel. I intend to stay again.

Dirty rooms and bathroom. Shower was full of hair , plug socket hanging of the wall , bottom of bed broken , first night owner told us not to use the shower as was leaking in to room below told could use it next day , he came back later in evening saying it was again leaking in to room below even though we hadn’t used it , tried to use it next day was stone cold water and wouldn’t heat up. Toilet seat hanging off and a weird smell through out the hotel .. never again don’t stay here

It was close to the bus station, where I arrived in Blackpool. The staff were friendly and cooperative. It was basic, but comfortable enough. The only problem we found was opening the sliding door when exiting the en-suite bathroom. If the other occupant was in bed and leaning against the headboard, it impacted on the door, making it difficult to open. A stopper would release the tension. Also the shower rail needed tightening, as it kept slipping during use. Sorry, I forgot to report these to the owner before I left.

I went as part of a stag party (friends in a hotel on the same road) and would happily stay here again for the same type of trip. I was checked in early with no argument and the guy (who I presume was the owner) didn't make a fuss when I was a bit late checking out. The location is spot-on, easy access to shops, bars etc. The downside is that the place looks really run-down and really needs a thorough deep-clean and a lick of paint throughout. My room was tidy and spacious. Good hanging space, TV available as you would expect. Kettle didn't work, but I forgot to let them know, but he was a nice guy, so am sure he would have replaced it immediately if asked. Bed was a good size and comfortable, and on the face of it looked clean, although I didn't really inspect it too hard. Cleaning left a bit to be desired which was a shame - the place has been hoovered, but not very well - I moved the small dresser unit to get to a plug socket and there was all sorts of stuff down there, and very dusty. Bathroom was just about acceptable (although very very small). This place was fine for a lads trip, but if you are travelling with a family or as a couple I wouldn't use it. The price was a plus, it was cheap - especially as I booked quite late. Come on Blackpool Central - give the place some love and you could charge more for your rooms!!

The hotel, OK not the best in the world, but for the price and the location was perfect, Owner really helpful and went out of his way to do anything asked, room was a decent size with a double bed, that was great in a single room, my only gripe was the room could have had better heating instead of radiators that never got that warm,

Clean hotel.. simple but you get what you pay for. Lovely owners and very welcoming

Not far from the sea and coral island, a bit shabby inside, small room, but comfortable bed. Was spoilt by the noise coming from the hotel next door, as they are very close together. Nice people who have the hotel though, they just need to upgrade the rooms a bit. However enjoyed our stay, but wouldn't stay again.

The staff at the hotel were good and the checkin was fast and simple the man gave me a parking space at the back of the hotel which I was grateful for.The hotel itself looks very different from what it does on the internet the room we were in was very basic which I expected but the room wasn’t decorated like the images on the net and was quite dirty, the bedding was a little smelly like it hadn’t been dried properly.The room could do with a really deep clean the shower was full of what looked like mold and also tile missing from the floor.I realise this is a family run business and I didn’t really want to leave a poor review but I think with a bit more TLC this place could be great.

Was an amazing stay well worth the money , it was cheap and clean,friendly Not too far of a walk from the beach either, check out was at 10am, left luggage with the hotel as my coach wasnt till 2.40pm but came back earlier and was able to stay as weather was bad and was offerd tea while as.we waited.. highly recommend here .. Deffo coming back next year manger was really nice too

They didn't know I'm 71 and my wife's a little younger but disabled and they gave us a room on top floor(no lift-just stairs).They moved us the following day to the first floor.It was the Young Farmers (AGM) Weekend so 6,000 youngsters converged on the town and we weren't told.......bloody mayhem.Rooms are small,weren't cleaned regularly,had to ask for tea/sugar most days because not restocked,not over impressed at all,thank goodness the weather was nice so could get out from a small square box all day.

A perfectly nice hotel in the centre of town and a great nights sleep. A bed, a loo and a shower what more could you need thanks.

Booked 6 bed family room through Expedia on arrival it seems Expedia sold me a room that was never available so I myself had to sleep on the floor . I’m still waiting nearly 5 days later for Expedia to call me back after speaking to them on the night of my arrival I’ll never ever book with Expedia again !! Don’t do it !
