The cottage was adorable, close to everything! Easy parking & access.

The TV, no regular channels. Mom had a hard time using the smart TV.

Location was close to my Florida family.

The internet was terrible so the tv barely worked. Was cutting in and out. One night it didn't work at all. The bed is uncomfortable

Everything was better than expected.

Quaint. Comfortable for two adults. Clever bicycle theme. Great proximity to Nokomis beach. Nice to have access to an outdoor space with fire pit and Adirondack chairs.

Yard was not cleaned. Floors were beginning to warp. Ice try old, cracked in half. Bedroom ceiling fan rattled periodically. Calcium deposit on kitchen faucet. Mattress in plastic cover, very hot, not very comfortable Lost power and water for several hours one day and needed to leave as it was uncomfortable and it occurred in the middle/heat of the day.

Everything was just as pictured!!! This charming cottage (part of a duplex) was very clean, as well. The cottage is conveniently located close to a community park with trails, tennis courts, etc. It is on the east side of 41 so you'll need a car/transportation to get to the beach but it is close to the lovely beaches of Nokomis and not far from Venice Beach, Venice Avenue shops, etc. They even had a beach chair(s) for me to use! I really enjoyed staying here and I hope to get the opportunity to stay here again in the future!

Mattress was not the best but was comfortable enough. Being part of a duplex, you can hear your neighbors at times but it was not at all disruptive.
