The beds, pillows and sheets were amazing to sleep in for great nights rest. Our group had 10 adults and 6 young kids and felt there was plenty of space for everyone to have their own. The decor was beautiful and felt very homely. From the game rooms to the garage to the deck and hot tub there were many different ways to spend time with family and make memories. Ample fridge/freezer space for huge groups. Very large pantry, more towels than anyone could need as well as having two sets of laundry machines was great. Many great attractions nearby. We spent a lot of time exploring and was just great to come back to what felt home for a week. I couldn’t say enough good things about the house. We cannot wait to come back again as we definitely will be booking this exact house on our next trip.

We had 14 people for an annual ATV trip that we take to the Black Hills every year and everyone loved the house so much we will be renting again for our trip next year. Plenty of space, bathrooms and amenities. The game room and pool table with the bar in the garage was a favorite hangout. Would definitely recommend staying at Breath of Fresh Air.

We gathered our whole family for five days, including two toddlers. This property has everything for all ages. Tons of towels for swimming and toys for the little ones. Many activities and games for adults. Two rain days were still super fun! I have rented many properties. This is the best so far. Highly recommend it!

We, 11 of us ages 6 to 71, really enjoyed this property from all the table games in the arcade to the fabulous garage with a pool table, bar and best of all a bathroom. Speaking of bathrooms there are plenty inside too, the connecting bedrooms are spacious and yes with comfortable bedding. We also used the perfect size outdoor Hot Tub (the cover is so easy to lift off) plus the close clubhouse pools were enjoyed. A Breath of Fresh Air was equipped with all the kitchen cooking gadgets needed for whichever meal you want to cook. There was room to spare with all of inside during the rain...well, we enjoyed the garage and pool table while watching it rain.This property will become your favorite especially with its location to the surrounding activities. We had a few families staying here with a wide range of ages between the children. Everyone had a spot to hang out and the dad’s loved the garage! We took a nice walk around the neighborhood and back by the Mickelson trail, beautiful spot and close to skiing and deadwood!

We had an amazing time! Great property and very clean. Everything was so functional and fit perfect with our family. My kids loved the basketball hoop in the garage along with all the games in the basement. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and we were able to get in and out even though they got 4-6 feet of snow. We will definitely stay at this cabin again!!

Very nice house, roomy and well set up for family. Well stocked with dishes, booster chairs and kitchen tools. Close to Terry Peak ski hill, and a lot of great trails for hiking. The cleaning lady got sick didn't complete the cleaning, so we arrived to a dirty house. We were given several options and were well compensated for the inconvenience.

We had 4 couples and 11 kids ages 18 years-8 months and plenty of room for everyone. The main floor has the master bedroom with a gorgeous bathroom, an additional bedroom with a attached bathroom, and half bath off the living room. The lower level has two bedrooms with one bathroom and the upper level has two more bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom upstairs has two sets of bunk beds and a pull out under one bunk bed, so the kids were excited to be in the same room with plenty of sleeping space. There was also a couch with a hideaway bed upstairs that was super comfortable. Our favorite part of the house was the garage. It was the perfect space for kids to play and came packed with a ton of options for them. There was also a table perfect for our late night card games. The men also used the garage TV, bathroom and full fridge as their own man cave while the kids were loud inside. PERFECT SPACE! We were out for about 8 hours each day with a ton of things to do all within about an hours drive or less. The house was perfect to come back to each evening. Air on, deck to relax, fire pit, or hot tub to recoup from a long day of walking and activities. There was also a game room in the lower level that kept the kids busy along with great WiFi. I was able to logon and connect to work and get a few things done which was great (but working on vacation not recommended)! :)The house was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with what we needed, such as two wash machine sets,pack n play, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, pizza maker, pans and a grill.... Location was perfect. Didn’t have a chance to visit the community center (located right at the entrance) but walked there after hours and there is a nice pool for kids. We will be renting again. Very family friendly! If you have never been to the area definitely visit! It was absolutely beautiful! Highly Recommend!!!
