The staff were friendly and helpful Good location Peaceful environment

The bathroom needed scrubbing as there were stubborn stains before my mother in law arrived so that was my first job then the chairs and tables were wiped as they too were grubby stain on the sofa came off with a wipe same with marks on the doors I could do nothing about the mold on the bottom of the curtains by the patio doors nor the sticky back plastic badly put on the wardrobe door lucky for me I arrived first as they got delayed in traffic coming London so I had a chance to make best of it I could before they arrived

Great hot tub and pool facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful

Had to change lodge when we arrived. Lodge we were given needed a makeover. Curtains ripped and stained, dated decor. With TLC would be perfect

Expected tea coffee and sugar

The manager Amy was helpful but the owner wasn't helping and was rude

The way booking advertise as apartment but actually is lodged so I'm not happy about this
