Dieses Ferienhaus (haustierfreundlich) ist nicht weit von Möglichkeiten zum Segeln und von Tauchmöglichkeiten entfernt. Es gibt praktische Parkplätze auf dem Gelände, sodass du dein Auto entweder stehen lassen und die 11 Minuten zu St George Lighthouse laufen kannst. Oder aber du setzt dich ans Steuer und fährst die 2 Minuten hierher: St. George Leuchtturm.
Nach deiner Rückkehr in dieses Ferienhaus mit 242 Quadratmetern kannst du am Strand ausspannen, am beheizten Pool chillen oder im Whirlpool etwas trinken. Auch die Terrasse oder den Patio wirst du mögen. Wenn du genug Frischluft getankt hast, gibt es dank WLAN-Internetzugang (kostenlos) und Kabel-/Satellitenfernsehen zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, wie du auch drinnen deine freie Zeit ausgiebig genießen kannst.

Hosted our growing family in this absolutely beautiful home on the gulf ! Just steps away from the beach, pool and hot tub !Home is so well stocked with everything you can possibly need ! We couldn’t have asked for a better location to create amazing memories with our loved ones ! Owners were extremely responsive to all our needs . Thank you !!!

We first stayed here in 1990 and continued to do so for 17 years. This location brings back such memories. For 16 years we were nomads on SGI, staying at various other houses. We came back home last year and this year following the extensive renovations. It feels like home, but far better. The children who grew up coming to this house are now bringing their children. The tradition continues. You may call it Front Row Center, but it will be forever "Owl's Rest" to us.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay! Everything was so well appointed, every single kitchen item we needed we were able to find, the outdoor spaces were better than we expected and the house was clean and comfortable. Loved the decor and the little touches of home. We called maintenance once during our stay to reset the elevator and to shock the pool and they were quick, responsive and professional. Our only disappointment is that this house is already booked for the week we can go next year. We will be watching so we can snag it for 2026!

Perfect home. Lots of seating in living room and dining room, even two tables! Two refrigerators, ovens, etc. Lots of rooms and bathrooms, pool, hort tub, right on the beach. Just a great experience.

This house was beautifully decorated and very well appointed. All bedrooms are very nice, but the master is outstanding (much nicer than the other rooms, with a porch and beach view). We especially appreciated the shaded section by the pool (pleasant surprise). Even the umbrellas and beach chairs at the house were quite nice and plentiful. It seems that everything was new (May 2024). Some people commented on the dishwashers (two!) not working well, which was true. It's better to break open the pods first. Not a big deal. Our only issue was with VayKLive, the company that provides their bikes/chairs/etc. Make sure you're there to inspect bike delivery, otherwise it may be 2 days before you get usable ones. The house's umbrellas/chairs are nicer than what you would rent.

The house was perfect for our family of 15! Each couple had their own bed & bathroom & all the kids fit perfectly in the bunk room.The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of room for everyone.The whole family enjoyed the pool. hot tub & beach were enjoyed by all!Having the Red Parrot Restaurant within walking distance was a bonus & was very good!We had an issue with the gas grill but manager resolved it for us.

Great! The house was clean, well equipped and when we needed assistance it was dealt with in a timely manner. Only complaint would be the dishwashers didn't work well. BUT, we started cutting open the pods and putting on the bottom and it worked much better. Guessing powder would be the best option. Otherwise....Great week and we would rent again.

I work 10-12 hours a day, 7 days a week, 51 weeks a year. I try to completely unplug during my week off, and just let go. Front Row Center is a fantastic place to relax and recharge. Whether lounging by the pool, soaking in the hot tub, or strolling the beach, the relaxing sound of the surf is omnipresent. We will return.

I just cannot say enough GREAT things about Front Row Center!! The home was perfect in every way. Kitchen is 10000% stocked with everything you need, most comfortable mattresses and bedding ever. The staff at Gulf Coast Vacation Properties of SGI--is THE BEST!! The home was in perfect shape, everything worked--including dishwashers and all appliances. Amazing view, love the dunes on beach side-made for great photos. Hot tub was GREAT. Pool staff and elevator staff were great also. Loved all the security features of this home. We have booked this house for next year, and highly recommend this home, as well as using Gulf Coast Vacation Properties of SGI.

...don’t count on the dishwashers cleaning your dishes! Neither dishwasher got our dishes clean and we spent hours rewashing dishes and silverware. Otherwise it is a lovely, comfortable, well appointed property. The elevator was helpful in transporting luggage, groceries, etc. The many large windows give panoramic views of the gulf. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked which made it easier to cook for our crowd. A great property but I hope the owners install better dishwashers—no one wants to spend vacation time washing dishes!

OMG!!!! We have been coming to SGI at least once a year for almost ten years and this house was the BEST house EVER! So roomy, so comfortable, so up to date in appliances, rooms, pool, amenities, ELEVATOR, arrival gifts and goodies. I could go on for days. The weather was not the best, but we hardly noticed because the place was excellent!!!! And GCV will forever be my go to company for accommodations forevermore! They responded to my every desire and question and need with smiles and humor! So customer focused! I feel like I know them personally! My only regret is that Front Row Center is not available for our fall trip in 2024. But that is no surprise, the place is incredible! and the beach is just a step away from the deckS! Thank you!

This house is lovely, spacious yet comfortable. Everything that's stated on the website is correct. We did however have a couple of issues that never were solved. One being the Pool Deck Lights - we could never turn them on. Quite dangerous in our opinion. The 2nd issue was the dishwashers never completely cleaned our dishes. With 9 adults that cooked every meal in the gorgeous well equipped kitchen, it was rather disappointing to continuously rewash the dishes. We submitted requests for both of these issues to mgmt. They were never resolved.

This was our first vacation in St George Island and I’m sure we will be back!The property was awesome and incredibly close to the beach. Even with the hurricane looming, the property management team made us feel safe due to an evacuation, and welcomed our return. Our favorite beach vacation ever! From the minute we walked into this property we were amazed with the place. It was immaculate and every little detail was taken care of from the beach towels to every and anything one may need in the kitchen. You only need your clothes to stay here. Beach chairs are plenty along with floats for the pool. The welcome gift was a great little touch as well. AND THE VIEW!!!! The only thing that I can even ding this place on is there is only one bedroom with an ocean view, but it was our room so the kids had to suffer. And make sure to wear your sandals to the beach, the deck can get a little warm on your walk back. Honestly, we've stayed at several places on the island and this one has been our favorite.

Front Row Center is the perfect house for a family getaway to the beach. All the rooms are spacious and have their own bathrooms. But the real gem is the Kitchen and living area. Very large and the most well stocked kitchen of any home rental I have ever experienced. They even provide you with a spice package for cooking, towels and sunscreen for the beach and beach chairs your whole crew can use. We had a professional chef come in to cook a special dinner and even he complimented the Kitchen! For outdoor fun...the beach is right out your back door and the pool is perfect for a cool dip in the late afternoon. We would definitely come back again!!

Loved the convenience of two refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers and of course, the elevator for luggage & groceries. The stocked kitchen was perfect for our nightly cooking dinners of fresh seafood. Thanks for an amazing week at Front Row Center!
