Sunny Catalina was very cozy and comfy. We had everything we needed even down to the laundry detergent. The cargo lift was a big bonus! It helped us to get our groceries and luggage to the top without having to carrying them up the stairs. We liked that there were many extra towels, even beach towels so we didn’t have to reuse the same ones over and over. The beds were comfy. We drove to the beach access #36 instead of walking through the tunnel. I brought 4 teen girls for their sweet 16 birthday. We all had a wonderful time.

When we first pulled onto Saucilito Dr. a man staying in a large tan house flipped us off. Seemed like every-time we pulled by his house he flipped us off. The teen girls that were with me didn’t think that was polite. We ended up driving down Mendocino Dr. to avoid his house.

Great location, great house, great host, great amenities. Perfect spot for a family vacay!

Very friendly owners. All what do you need in house. Very clean and cozy atmosphere.

The house was very nice. The kids enjoyed the community pool so much & the space of home. The owner was great at communicating & answering any questions or concerns you may have. We had a great time!

Just the distance to the grocery store... HEB/ Walmart was pretty far from us. But we should have stopped on our way there. There are other small grocery stores though.

Love the home, clean upon arrival. Had entertainment for kids, bbq pit for use, balcony in master bedroom, love the master bathroom, washer and dryer with washing needs, community pool. Really didn't have to bring anything but our clothes and food. Daniel had everything else pretty much, and he was so nice, helpful, and understanding. Would definitely book this home again. We brought our side by side, and we were able to access the garage to store it in and ride around the neighborhood as well to the beach.

Just hate the stores like Walmart was 20 to 30 min away. If you bring a atv of any kind you can not ride on highway you have to ride through neighborhood to the water tower then cross over to the beach.

The house was fantastic! In a very nice quiet neighborhood. Located down the beach a ways from the main attractions, so it was private and quiet. Owner was awesome. He returned my call/text immediately and was very helpful with anything we needed. Will definitely recommend this place, and will go again. The electrical lift saved us tons of trips up and down with heavy luggage and items. The grounds were well kept, groomed and very clean. Lots of parking for multiple cars, and storage located on first level. Five stars!
