Huge, nice and clean apartment with a great terrace. Kitchen had all the equipment you need. Location was perfect, 3 min to the beach and restaurants. The terrace is located East, so you have the pleasure of the sun during morning and lunch time.

Loved this property. It is within easy walking distance to the beach and train. Our host, Guerrina was very proactive with all our needs. She is a great host. The only challenge is the 80 or so steps to get up to the apartment. But once you are up it has everything you need.

Our stay at Monterosso al Mare was just beautiful. My favorite thing about this place was the beautiful balcony. There are 3 french doors that open from the living room to the large balcony. We had the doors open all the time for the breeze and you could hear all the birds in the adjacent forest. There are also french doors from the main bedroom to the balcony. Just beautiful. The sweet lady Guerrina, made our check in process so easy and was there to greet us when we arrived. She was so accommodating and was happy to help us with recommendations during our stay. She is in great shape hiking those steps daily!

A fantastic property close to all amenities in Monterosso.

Property very suitable for our needs, clean, with appropriate equipment, charming and very quiet building. Very good location for those who want to combine the beach with excursions. Very friendly host and available for any additional needs (which was not the case) .

The appartment is even better than in the pictures. We had a wonderful stay there, Enjoing long Mornings and afternoons on the terrasse. Waikng up to singing birds every morning and the sound of leafhoppers and frogs in the evening. The appartment does not have aircondition, but that is not a problem, as the appartments location and it’s many doors and windows provide a wonderful brezee, even on hot summer days. It is in walking distance to everything and has a spectacular view. Guerrina is a excellent and kind host, that provided us with many usefull tips on our arrival. I would recommend this place to everyone.

This apartment was very light and spacious with a great terrace. It provided a comfortable and wonderful base for our 4 days in Cinque Terre. The station is very close as are shops restaurants and bars but the property itself is situated in a very quiet area. We particularly appreciated having access to private parking. All the delights of this beautiful area are really accessible. Guerrina is very responsive and helpful host.

Read through reviews petty thoroughly and landed on Guerrina’s step (all 87 of them 😎). We were not disappointed. This apartment is a must if you like roominess and convenient location. Thank you Gurrina for hosting us. Grazie Mille

Left for train station at 4:30 am. Lighting on stairway was poor. Everything else great.

Not an issue for our group but could be for some. Needed to bring soap/shampoo but laundry detergent supplied. Great to have a washing machine after our hikes!! Would definitely recommend!

This is a wonderful apartment and the host was fabulous! Everything i. The apartment works well. Well lit with natural light and spacious. Only downside is the 4 stories of stairs to get to the apartment and the rock hard bed in the master bedroom. All else is great!

The flat is roomy and very clean. Lack of air conditioning was a problem as we stayed for 6 nights in August. Towels weren’t changed throughout our stay but there is a washing machine. Lovely, quiet location and large balcony which has no shade. A basic starter pack would be beneficial for travellers arriving late. Stairs definitely a problem for elderly or unfit.

Guerrina's apartment was perfect. We wanted an easy place to enjoy CT...short walk to town, easy access to the train station, beach, shops and restaurants. She also had parking for a fee under the apartment. There are many steps (86) to the apartment but not a problem for us (ages 68 to 72). It was very quiet and peaceful. It was nicer than the photos and the terrace was a special treat. Guerrina was awesome! Wish we could take her home with us!

The perfect place to stay in Cinque Terre, the host welcomed us and gave us excellent advice, beautiful balcony and spacious for a family of five.

So grateful for our three beautiful nights in Cinque Terre! Our favorite part was the balcony - we spent breakfasts there, sunbathed in the morning, napped in the afternoon, and played cards and dice during happy hour on the wonderful porch. Loved it!

Guerrina is a fantastic host . always available to answer your questions and very responsive. The apartment is in a perfect location In Monterroso. Walking distance to everything including train station but far enough to be peaceful . Has a large terrace with a nice outlook . Great apartment with everything you need. Could do with some renovation as the apartment and it’s furniture is original but it’s extremely clean and everything is still in working order . There are around 85 steps to get up to the apartment but this is advertised so if you have issue with knees I would opt for something else. All in all a great stay and would recommend

The property is in a fantastic location and was very well equipped. We had a great experience with the owner and would highly recommend the property. The only suggestion would be a better shade on the balcony as on hot days, the balcony is hot in the morning sun.

We spent 5 nights at this property and loved it! The photos are very accurate except they can't show how much you'll love being there. The landlord, Guerrina, was available and helpful with advice on things to see/do in the area. The apartment is very accessible to the beach, train, old city, etc. but a nice 5 minute walk away from the crowds on a nice quiet street. As noted by others, there are a bunch of stairs to the 4th floor and no elevator. That's not a big deal but be careful because the stairs curve on the landings (a very odd design) and I tripped going up at night a couple of times, and observed other visitors do the same. Just pay attention and you'll be fine. This property is so perfect, you'll be thrilled. One other note - there's a kitchen but you're unlikely to use it much. There's minimal food shopping available and abundant nice restaurants so don't expect to be cooking. Sorry - LOL.

This villa was lovely. The only drawback is the 87 steps to walk up to the villa which is on a very steep hillside. It was easy to find, and only a short walk from the train. Since we arrived with soaking wet clothes (airline left the luggage out in the rain) we really appreciated the clothes lines outside the villa! Guerrina was very welcoming and helpful. There's a small grocery down by the train bridge, very convenient. We loved our stay at the villa!

Spacious apartment close to the train station, beach and restaurants. While there are stairs to reach the apartment, we thought they were totally manageable. Especially after exploring the other 4 towns! We appreciated having the use of a washing machine. The host gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant nearby to celebrate my husband’s birthday.

The apartment is very comfortable with a lot of light. It was perfect for two couples. The location was perfect for walking everywhere, and if not walking, the train station is walking distance away. Loved the owner's suggestions for restaurants...I believe we went to almost all of them - bueno! Grocery store was just down the street and a bakery. We highly recommend this property. Fully equipped for all our needs!

The apartment was suitable for 2 couples and situated in a quiet but central location. Guerrina was extremely pleasant and welcoming and gave us lots of helpful information about restaurants and walks. One of the reasons for choosing the apartment was that the information stated there was parking. We were surprised that we had to pay a daily charge of 15€ as this was not stated. Although the information stated that the apartment slept four we had to pay an additional nightly cost for more than two people staying. We suggest that the pricing policy should be more transparent.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was lovely, well appointed and very comfortable. The location was perfect, quiet and close to great restaurants and the beach. Guerrina was super friendly and very hospitable. I would absolutely recommend this property and would stay here again without question.

Spacious and clean apartment with all the amenities. Just a short walk down the hill to the beach and restaurants, very close to the train station. The homeowner is lovely and very helpful and provided us lots of information about the area. Great place to be able to hop on the train or ferry boat (or hike if you are so inclined) to all the towns in Cinque Terre.
