A gem of a hotel in Bogota - very good location - safe and close to good shops and restaurants. Room was large and well appointed; staff were all very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was the best we had in Colombia. Great value for money too. Would recommend if you are planning a stay in Bogota.

The staff are so lovely. Every member had a smile and was warm and welcoming. Fantastic customer service. Location is 5*. The hotel is lovely. Great breakfast choice. Thee room was perfect for our needs. Clean and well maintained. Just wished we could have stayed longer.

This property was centrally located with tons of restaurants, bars and shopping within a short walk away. The area is high end so it’s very safe. I would definitely stay at this hotel again because of that. Unfortunately the loft we booked was not available on our first night so we had to move to it on the second day. Expedia also booked me for an extra night there even though I was leaving a day early and the hotel did not care to refund me even though I left a day early. But overall they have great staff and like I said LOCATION is key with this hotel and this hotel gets 5 out of 5 stars for that for sure.

Impeccable service! Very classy hotel with staff that makes it feel like a home away from home. Easily walkable to great restaurants and cafes (Gitane is fantastic and just next door, Cafe Tropicalia is a short 3 min walk for breakfast). We will be back!

The best thing about the hotel is the friendliness of its staff. From the front desk to the restaurant. The restaurant is the star of the hotel. Everyone is super attentive, especially Dora. Dora makes you feel at home. I could say that she even pampers you (thank you very much). We felt very welcome and at ease! We would love to come back :)

The hotel is great and the location is very central and safe. Lot of dinning and bar options near by. Staff service could be improved as they took too long for anything i requested for room service.

What a hotel. Absolutely amazing service, felt very much looked after. From checking in was a simple and quick service. To freshly cooked breakfast every morning and a good selection of cold buffet food. My room was spacious and clean. The shower was great. Nothing bad to say about this hotel at all.

The staff is kind and courteous, the restaurant is yummy and the room was spacious. I wish there was a bathtub but the shower was big and spacious. It was affordable at my rate and I would go again.

Well appointed and equipped hotel in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. It is easy to walk to shops and cafes while far enough from all the hustle and bustle. The staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Hotel is in a sublime location, friendly staff, spacious rooms and great service. Only improvement needed is more USB /charging ports near the night table. We also hired a great (English speaking) driver who works for the hotel as our tour guide when we went on excursions. Ask the hotel for William Jimenez Vargas for your transfers from and to the airport and also to day excursions. Will stay there again.

For business or leisure this hotel offers a good value at a location near the shopping center El Andino. The rooms are well equipped for comfort and functionality if travelling for business. The breakfast was maybe a little worse than average but the staff is friendly and tries to accommodate any request.

This is an excellent hotel in one of Bogotá’s livelier neighborhoods. The staff was amazingly helpful and kind, even learned our names and greeted us always with a smile. The room was super spacious. Absolutely loved this hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bogota and will stay her again myself the next time that I return. The rooms are large and comfortable; the beds are comfortable; the rooftop view is amazing; the breakfast is so, so good; the location can not be beat; but most of all, it is the wonderful people who work here that made our stay so pleasant.
It is right in the heart of a very vibrant area, so if you are a light sleeper, I would recommend ear plugs…but I always carry them and I slept so soundly.
I only wish I had had more time here. I will definitely be back.
