Pool was lovely; very spacious property. Nice to have table tennis and pool table.

We have rented a number of properties in the area and we think this property is outdated and in need of TLC; drawers in most bedrooms were unusable as not on runners and fell out of the drawer frame; one set of bedroom drawers toppled over when we pulled out a drawer. Furniture old and stained and covered over with throws. Most of the beds appear to have reasonably new mattresses however the bases were metal framed so not very comfortable. Faulty bedroom lamps; outside areas need tidying up so better presented; most of the sliding door locks do not work and so shutters had to be used to secure the property. You will need to keep an eye of your children as pool area is open and although there are a couple of gates, there is one area in the garden / pool area which children can easily access. During our stay, a lump of concrete fell from the roof directly outside the front door / pool table ☹️. Check out 10am, however cleaners arrived by 9am to start cleaning ☹️. Towels were changed mid week and left in a bag in the entrance hall; no mid week clean as indicated.

the size of the property is enormous! The area is quiet with good links into Albufeira and Faro. The property boasts en-suítes to all bedrooms, 2 huge living areas, bbq area with under cover seating, private pool (unheated), 2 kitchens (only one was equipped) - the amount of space is unbelievable!

The beds were uncomfortable, decor was a tad dated and the gates protecting children from entering the pool didn’t make sense as you could enter the pool by turning left from kitchen door and walk around the pool shed - this meant we couldn’t relax with the younger children around the back of the property.
