The view was great from our room. The air conditioner was on the balcony, so you had to turn off the AC to hear the waves. The view and breeze were wonderful. We were really happy to have a kitchen so we could cook rather than go out each night. The condo was very clean! The pool area was really nice.

There was only 1 blanket for the entire place even though there was a bedroom and 2 pullouts. Linens were only available for the bed. We used the blanket to cover the sheer curtains in the bedroom. It would have been nice to have some steak knives. The drain in the bathroom sink was really slow, so we used the kitchen sink to wash up and brush our teeth. There was a group of 3 guests (wearing wristbands), they had a group of about 12 people (no wristbands) they invited to the pool and grills and took over the pool area all day and evening. I assume management knew about this since they brought a couple of carts with food, towels, etc. through the lobby.

The place felt like home. Great ocean view, easy access to the beach and walking distance from everywhere else. I will be returning.

No way to get leaking ac unit/ condenser looked as staff said call owner. Over 24 hrs later..we were checked out..someone called to get into unit. Better coordination on things like this.

We loved the location. The grounds outside (pool, hot tub, walkway to beach) were fabulous.

We had trouble with our condo. We woke up after the first night, woke up to a BIG puddle of water in the living room from the air conditioner. We cleaned it up because it was a half inch deep. We considered this an emergency & thought someone would come right away. They came in the afternoon, but it was very humid…would have liked to had air. We went to dinner & came home to a new puddle. Just turned the air off, cleaned it up since it was supposed to cool off that night. We were also concerned that everyday besides the first day, the exit gate in the parking lot was left permanently open. We realize that the rental company is responsible for certain things, but it’s almost a joke that there is someone at the front counter. They couldn’t help us with a whole lot. The inside of the condo at first glance was beautiful, but as time went by, we could see it was not as nice as it appeared. The furniture was terribly uncomfortable, especially the couches. When it got cold, air leaked through the sliding glass doors, as the curtains blew around. The property outside was beautiful…pool, hot tub, walking path to the beach, etc…Just wish the inside was maintained as well.

The view is fantastic. Kitchen is well equipped. Everything was very clean. It's a very cozy condo for a couples getaway. The pool and hot tub looked very inviting but we didn't use them. The access to the beach was very convenient. Overall a very nice place to stay.

The mattress on the double bed is not very comfortable. Really needs to be replaced. The seating in the condo is on the older side as well.
