Didn’t feel safe at all

No breakfast; we left at 9am Lorenzo was a very good staff person. He was very helpful and actually made our stay tolerable.

The hall ways on the non smoking side smelled like reefer; the bed squeeked; the bed spread was wrinkle and appeared dirty. We suggest you use colored bed spreads white not good. trash on the walkways.

Our room and bathroom were not clean. The one bed had yellow stains on sheets. The floor around tub was dirty and human hairs in tub. The whole floor was very sticky. The breakfast consisted of very few items.

It was inexpensive and they have a pool.

There were roaches. The bedding smelled and was stained. The pool was shut down while I was there.

The beds were comfortable and our room had an apartment size refrigerator. The room we had was very spacious.

The area was a little shady. It seems people live there for days/weeks. They had bikes and grills outside their patio. The pool was closed. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk. Two gentlemen came in looking for a room. We walked the halls, went outside, called the front desk for 15 minutes before someone appeared. The desk clerk finally came in the door. He apologized. A nasty woman came in and wanted her room key activated because she stays there a lot. There was a confrontation. I would have left but I booked online and had until 4pm to cancel for free. When we got to the room, a roach ran under the microwave.

I liked nothing about the property.

I will add pictures but when we got to our room it looked like terrible. The entire place smelt like cigarette smoke and when we arrived it was around 10pm and there were lots of screaming children and loud people in general. we asked for a different room or obvious reasons and when we got to it, the door was locked from the inside. We told them we had enough and wanted a refund. Ww still have not received that refund through booking.com or the hotel.

The closeness to work and the choices of tv stations.

Bathroom wall was dirty under the sink. When I paid what money I had and told them I wouldn't get my check till 7AM and I'd pay the balance then they were ok with it, but on wed I woke up and told I had to leave because I owed a balance of 102.00 well my money came in wed morning and they charged me 121.00 so I'll never go back there again!!
