Limited eating places close by but can easily catch a bus to town

There was plenty of space in every room, they were clean and well appointed. The hostess was very helpful. Great location with it's own pool and view.

The pub down below was a little noisy.

Great location with amazing views over Port Vila

Located in a quiet spot. 10 min walk to supermarket and approx. 25 min walk to downtown. Regular buses drive past which you can catch for a small fee. Washing machine and dryer facilities. The kitchen was well equipped. wifi also provided.

Pool wasn't heated but not a big deal.

Agent was there on time (even though Island Time)... courteous, understanding, empathy, constant contact. Explained all the amenities and swift payment on arrival. I want to come back! Toiletries were incredible (my teenager wanted to find these in Australia!), view was awesome, pool clean and the space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers was perfect. Neighbourhood was quite and close to "local" shops that I am used to as a returning resident. Well equipped kitchen (accept rice cooker that didn't work) however this was a minor detail.

Was cooking for a few visitors (we have lived in Vanuatu before) and had a few people over to catch up with. Rice cooker didn't work - but agent stated it would be fixed. With adopted children from the area and used to having rice as a standard - it was only a little inconvenient.

Bamboo Villa had all the comforts of home, but set in a beautiful tropical setting. When we walked into the Villa we all exclaimed “wow”, even the 2 year old. My daughter changed into her bathers straight away and jumped into the outdoor plunge pool, my husband scooped the kids some passion fruit ice cream, which was waiting for us in the freezer, and I lay back on the deck taking in the amazing view of our surroundings.

We were there on an exceptionally hot week, so with the only aircon unit being in the master bedroom, the main living area and especially the kids bedrooms, it was very hot. All of the rooms have excellent ceiling fans though, so probably under normal circumstances, these would have done the job.
