We were so surprised with how lovely this hotel was, from the minute we walked through the doors, to when we left. The staff on reception made checking in so easy taking only minutes. The room was so warm and cosy having everything we needed, even shampoo and conditioner, hairdryer, tea and kettle. We were so comfortable in our room and it was so close to the old town only minutes to get into the centre, ideal for exploring both old town and the newer shopping centres. Check out time was great, as we relaxed in the room right up until then, then checked out and kept our bag at the hotel so we could have another full day out, given we had a late flight, meaning we made the complete most out of our trip. Would certainly recommend to stay here, and have done to our friends already who are looking to book.

Hotel was overall nice. I didn’t have much expectations given that the price was low. And I think in this price point the service is amazing. The location can’t be better.

Bring your own shampoo and conditioner just in case. The one equipped in our room dispensés only a tiny amount per push.
Not sure if it's a 4-star hotel? Seems like 2 star at best.
I slept just fine. My partner had trouble falling asleep cuz neighbors's noises seem to be amplified and it kept him from falling asleep.
Didn't take breakfast here. Walked 5mins to the nearest cafe that serves breakfast and that was nice

Hotel is quite in Center of old town and great for short visits. Room quality is in line with price , not the newest and cheapest if you mainly focus of short trip , price value and place to explore the city a value option

It is located close to the places I wanted to visit. For places further afield like Kumu or Kondriag, the hotel is a short walk from the tram stop.

You can’t beat the location- steps from the old town and the tram. The room was a bit small but just fine for me. There is a very ample and varied breakfast. The price was very reasonable. I’ve stayed in 4 other hotels in Tallinn over the years and this was the most convenient for access to the old town & ttabsp

We used this hotel for our first holiday alone and it was brill! Very close to old Tallinn, just a 3 min walk and youre there. Also easy to get to from the airport there are multiple busses that take you very close. The hotel is quiet and the staff were lovely.

Generally, the stay was ok as its within the edge of old town near to Viru Gate .Bed in Family Room were soft and pillows lumpy. Need to provided new pillows at the minimum. Also toilets were not well designed as water splashes out of the curtain which makes the toilet floor wet. Water pressures was good with well stocked shampoo and bath soap. We stayed 4 nights in this Family Room.

We had a lovely long stay at Bern as a base for exploring Estonia and surroundings. The staff was courteous, helpful and very prifessional. The rooms are spacious, quiet and well ventilated. Bedding is very comfortable. Shower is HOT! And the fridge is a convenience. Location is perfect: close enough to walk anywhere in Old Town but far from the boozier, noisier sections. If you're spending time in Tallinn, you can't ask for better.

I was extremely hot in the room all the time. Said they don't turn the A/C on this early in the year. The food at breakfast was marginal. We definitely would not stay there again.

Everything was amazing here. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The room was great with a comfortable bed and had a hot shower. It's located right in the old town. Just loved the location. Would definitely stay here again.

the room I got is the smallest I have ever seen. no place to put my suitcase. close to Old Town. otherwise - a place to sleep....

I was given an upgrade , I thought how nice.
Over looking the street where every night kids part , blast music ,tv didn’t work.
Oh yeah there s a pomp right outside , always asking you if you want lady, breakfast sucked, 3 nights and I got no sleep don’t use rooms 1,2 or 3

This hotel was amazing value. The room was a little dated but it was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. We were worried as some reviews mentioned the rooms were very hot but ours had a window that could be opened and an adjustable radiator. We loved the location close to The Old Town. We also found the receptionist to be friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect, the hotel is nice and the staff is great. It is overall a bit dated, and the mattress needs upgrading… BUT we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!
