Property was excellent, great location.

Code / Pin for lock box didn't work. Had to call several times for digital code to open door. Had to continue to use code all week. Key left inside unit would not unlock front door. Unable to find garage door opener.

The location was good and was easy to find. The weather was great. Anna maria island is beautiful but is very busy now compared to our last visit a few years ago.

Trying to get into the house was a nightmare as i had been sent two different codes which neither worked and then had to ring you to be then given another code which worked, but the procedure to unlock or lock the the door was frustratingly difficult. The cleanliness 0f the house was very poor in fact in some areas it was very dirty. There were items that didnt work ie ,(1) the hot tap on the sink in the ensuite did not work as the tap itself lay on the worktop, (2)the toilet light in the ensuite did not work so the door had to be left open to be able to see, which was very embarrassing when someone entered the ensuite. (3) The bathroom sink could not be used as the plug was unable to be opened . The apparently great views from the (dirty) balcony was of many roofs, air conditioning motors and some sky ?. It was also advertised, that their were sunbeds provided for use on the beach, unfortunately they were unable to be used as they were tied together with a metal rope and locked. This was very disappointing as sunbeds were being used on the beach from all the other hotels and complexes .Finally I rang you and spoke to a man called Jonny and explained the problems we had and asked him to get back me to find when these problems would be resolved. Im Still Waiting!
