I liked the area & also the pool table it had

Other than washer and dryer home has everything you need for a cozy stay.

Not sure if it was tv services or WiFi but tv kept losing signal.

There was plenty of room for the 5 of us Without feeling crowded, It was Stocked with all the Kitchen equipment we need and enjoyed the barbecue And Pooll table

The Locust in the backyard jumping in the house everytime we open the door, Other Then that everything was good

Location was good, easy access to Casinos in Laughlin and shopping in. Bullhead city . It was nice that they had a Gas Grill and Charcoal grill avaiable, however the propane tank was empty and we had a hard time getting it refilled.

Gas grill could have had a filled propane tank. Bedrooms were not vacuumed, kitchen floor needed to be swept. Needed more living room seating. Had trouble accessing the host instructions and trying to communicate with Evolve , could not get thru on phone or email.

very quiet neighborhood and big spacious house . close to main stores and casinos.

furniture was kind of old, the dinning table in the kitchen was all loose and had a leg loose coming apart . but other than that ,we were very satisfied staying at this facility .
