What I liked about the property is the home-like feeling. I felt ag home during my entire stay. The coworking spaces are very nice and cozy. The interior designs of the coworking spaces and your room are superb. I never had major problems. The location is very accessible to public transportation like buses and trams. It is also very near the mall and Carrefour. They also have vending machines inside the hotel which serve food and other essentials. I highly recommend this place if you get to visit Grenoble.

Throughout the year 2023, I was several times at COWOOL (sometimes only for a week, sometimes up to 2 months). Each time, my stay was exceptionell! The Cowool staff is amazing, the rooms clean, the wifi fast, the whole atmosphere is super friendly and welcoming. I can only recommend Cowool to anyone who wants to stay in Grenoble.

It is a bit far from the city center (~15min by tram)

Cowool Grenoble is an excellent place to stay with a very nice ambience and state of the art facilities. It has very clean, decorated and well-maintained rooms as well as common areas inside the hotel. The stuffs are very welcoming, helpful and always ready to help you out with a smile in their face.

The rent price is high.

The place has great infrastructure such as a coworking floor and some coliving spaces such as a bar, a climatized cafeteria and a some sort of backyard to chill in the afternoon. The personnel is great. Lovely, helpful and very polite.

The air conditioning system had some troubles during my stay, which lead to a change of room. The space also mention it has a gym/sports spot, but it is not working.

To be able to cook or reheat food in the basic kitchen. This not only allowed me to save some money but to do groceries and experience the culture.

Before arriving at the property , I received an email stating that if I am smart I will register online before arriving at the property since I will be saving time. I found this statement condescending. I prefer talking to staff when I arrive at a hotel. There wasn't enough contact with the staff. Instead there is a security guard at the front. Also, I recomend that the kitchen fan be cleaned perhaps, monthly since the alarm went off 3 times when we were there. We wipped the fan with a tissue and it was extremely greasy.

worn carpet floor should have been replaced. not even one TV channel in English(no smart TV). No english speakers at front desk. Ok we are in France but this place advertised as hotel for young professionals /digital nomads...

I had a good time in Cowool. Thanks to the Team. I come back soon! See you!
