I purchased Chris Stapleton concert tickets for my kids/family for Christmas and booked this house at the same time so that we could have a place to stay and explore the area. The location of the house to surrounding areas was the only good thing about this house.

The house was dirty and musty; the air quality was poor! The beds were not comfortable and had black dog hair on them, the rug smelled of urine, the coffee pot was still dirty, there were spiders in the bathroom, a moldy towel in the sauna, and trash on the grounds. There wasn't a hair dryer so my daughter and I couldnt finish getting ready for a nice night out like we wanted. We were told only upon arrival that you can't use the fire pit; we had promised the kids smores and a night outside and we had to disappoint them. I elevated my concerns on day 1 and no one did anything. The property management team corresponded via text only even after I requested a call. They used multiple numbers and avoided us. We left a day early after the concert, notified the management (again) and asked that they make it right; no one has done anything!

Location. Rooms and set up were nice.

Trash all over from previous renters. Contacted owners/Vacasa multiple times. Nothing done. Animals constantly ripping it apart and no where to add ours except piled on the mess. Tried to clean it up when no one came to address it. Animals kept coming and strewing trash everywhere. Dirty glasses. Dirty pan in the oven. Just not great honestly.

Great location. Easy to find. Well equipped kitchen ! Felt secluded and safe.

Mattress a little mushy for my taste but that is subjective.
