Beautiful 2022 unit for mainly our warm family trips and race events. You'll feel at home in our RV kids absolutely love the Loft area and having their own room, a lot of amenities are added for your comfort like Keurig coffee machine and complementary coffee, fresh linens, towels, Play Station to keep kids entertained incase you get caught in a storm and can't go outside and play, chairs, tent and many more things i can't think of right now. We just got this unit in March so we are still adding things as we see needed. Generator can be provided if needed for an additional fee if needed. Since there is no onboard generator that leaves for additional storage space :) . ABSOLUTELY NO CATS AS MY WIFE & DAUGHTER ARE HIGHLY ALERGIC TO THEM SORRY $500 FEE FOR CAT CLEAN UP PET FRIENDLY for the time being unless someone proves us otherwise, my wife does not want want it to be so I'm taking a big risk here, ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ON THE BEDS or COUCH we love our animals but they are not allowed on our beds or couches if you bring pets please respect our wishes and don't let them make a mess AND CLEAN UP DAILY after their hair $500 fee for extensive pet clean up.
