Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Comfy bed, large room and very clean!!! Decent breakfast. Would stay here again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We were very happy that this hotel venue had no smoking at all. Some of the other hotels in the area have gone downhill with the smell of weed in the rooms. This smelled nice and clean, we will likely book again when visiting family.

This was one of the cleanest and the rooms were exceptionally nice. The staff was very nice and patient the free breakfast and coffee was delicious. I will definitely book again if I return to South Haven.

The hotel is clean and up to date. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast had many choices. The price is higher than other properties in the area so you just have to weigh the pros and cons yourself.

The staff was friendly and quick. The hotel is clean and modern. The breakfast had a range of choices and the staff were quick to refill items as they got low. Parking was great. It’s just a couple miles from the main drag in South Haven and the beach.

Disappointed the room did not have a tub for the chikdren, especially since the ages if the children are asked, why wouldnt a room with a tub be booked otherwise hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

My problem is the fact that I was quoted a room by
Hotels.com on June 13,2024 for $184.27 for 1 night on 6-14-2024. Upon checking out, I was handed a bill for $230.81 I questioned the bill and the person at desk said "You will have to take that up with Hotels.com." We were signed up for One key cash which was for $83.03. This was not deducted. Acct. e-mail is [email protected].

People above and beside us were noisy, could hear kids in the pool since we were close; otherwise, the breakfast was actually solid—decent detection and decent quality (Greek yogurt options, cereals, apples, bananas, omelettes, sausage links/patties, biscuits and gravy, and hot cinnamon rolls that were delicious). Coffee was provided but we didn’t try it so I can’t say if it’s good quality. Pillows and bed were okay; pillows were a bit thin, bed was a little too firm. Climate control was excellent, as was the water quality, temperature, and pressure. Location was just outside of south haven but near the highway to make getting into SH or another nearby town (like Saugatuck) very easy. We enjoyed visiting the lighthouse in South Haven for sunset after dinner.
