Loved it!!! Location, Front Desk esp Jose. Bar, views, shopping, rooftop pool!! Rooms!! Great hotel!

The staff was really great Helena was so sweet but I had a couple of issues with my room like it didn’t have a holder for my soap while in the shower and shower was not clean and also didn’t receive a robe in the bathroom. Other than that overall good stay.

Where do I begin! From the moment we arrived, we felt so special. We were kindly greeted within 5 seconds of walking through the doors by the lovely Ms. Helena. The Westin is an amazing hotel and Helena made us feel like we belong there-which is not always the case at some hotels. Unfortunately our visit was quite short, but Helena made sure to tell us about all the amenities and the focus on wellness. The rooftop pool was my favorite part of this hotel, it was so relaxing. We also appreciated feeling safe. Using your key card to enter after hours and to use the elevators added an extra level of security that hopefully all hotels will implement. The hotel is in a quiet area yet close to shopping and restaurants. As a plant mom, it was heavenly to be surrounded by so many beautiful and well maintained plants throughout the hotel. Our room was marvelous. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. We loved all the little touches like lavender by the bedside, bathroom robe, complementary water, and makeup cloths. We can’t wait to return to spend more time enjoying this wonderful hotel. My one wish is that Helena will be there to welcome us. In a world where kindness and genuineness is becoming scarce, Helena went above and beyond to make our short stay perfect.

I stayed one night to get to RDU for an early flight. The bed and linens were super comfy. The gym is large, has a lot of equipment, cool towels and water available. The rooftop pool was small, but the outdoor sitting area was cozy.

We needed a good base for our trip to the area and near the airport due to early flights out. The Westin was perfect!

Superb hotel and staff. But poor service from hotels.com/expedia. I booked a king room with breakfast for one included for an extra $20. Hotel wasn’t able to find a code for that and hotels.com never issued me a refund for that piece. Again, just superb hotel, but super disappointed in very poor customer service from hotels.com

Staff very friendly...Starbucks on first floor and also the excellent over pizza from the hotel restaurant. Parking was not only easy but there was a security car in the parking, great for women and solo travelers. Thanks, elena

Near the airport with lot of eating options. Still very quiet. Beautiful new property.

Per usual everything was fantastic. Favorites are always the bedding and the staff with this brand. Great job always having top notch quality.

Super nice! Love the amenities

The Westin at Durham Airport is definitely a great hotel. The room was clean and you're in walking distance around a nice shopping and dining area. We had an issue with our room at first, but customer service handled it and upgraded us to a new room for free!

Very nice and new property.

Awesome hotel, very clean, but was a little disappointed when our room was given away after I had called and said my flight was coming in late and would arrive a little later the problem was finally fixed, and we were given the room that we had asked for

The room was clean, and I was truly comfortable my only complaint is that housekeeping did not service my room.

It smells wonderful!! Check in was smooth although my room keys did not work, someone quickly put me in another room. The room had a lot of left over long hair on the floors & in shower but was clean otherwise. I love that it’s pet friendly and will definitely stay again! The starbucks inside is a PLUS!!

Great place, clean room. Welcominf front desk. Starbucks in the lobby is useful, and service was quick. Simple parking, and shops are nearby. Highly recommended.

Great stay but disappointed to not have access to a microwave. Overall, a great stay!

The staff was very helpful. The hotel was so nice! It has a great roof top area which will be great when it is warmer. Rooms are nice and bed comfortable.

Area around the property had lots of construction, GPS could not even get me there, hard to find. Some sort of malfunction, rooms have no Wi-Fi or even TV throughout the property. Rooms in the 1960’s had TV, Red Roof Inn has TV. Unacceptable. Had a Caesar salad with chicken in restaurant, very skimpy.
