The pictures with Ocean view are not exactly correct,although the boardwalk is really close. PAY attention to the extra FEE that is for cleaning. It is charged at the hotel. It was an added 30% to a 3 night stay.

This property was amazing for our 5 night stay. Easy access to the beach and the property had beach chairs and towels available. Plenty of dining options in walking distance.

Super cute place for a weekend getaway. Steps from beach, broadwalk, restaurants, bars, stores. No onsite parking need to use public parking but they offer daily rates for hotel guests.

The apartment was nice. They had chairs and an umbrella. It was easily walkable to the beach and many restaurants. Anything we needed, the staff was responsive and on it. Everything was clean and stocked. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

The suite was great. Location is amazing. We were able to use the beach like it was a personal pool. The shaded porch was a perfect place to sit and have a drink while still taking in the area. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment has everything you could need. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels. The location was perfect! Just off the boardwalk. I could see our apartment building from my spot on the beach. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars within steps. We would definitely go back and stay here again.

Spot on for location, steps to the beach. Very clean and had everything we needed. Parking can be tricky but not the properties fault, just the way the area is designed. If your looking for a spot to plant for the week without having to leave, this is the place. Many food options in walking distance and shops for every day necessities. Highly recommend!

Excellent location. Perfect for two adults, solo as well. Would be tight fit for more than two adults. Super clean, responsive service. Comfy bed. Location was superb. So easy to set up at the beach, didn’t even need to wear shoes there because we could come back and use the facilities.

The location is perfect for a getaway on the Boardwalk. Staff was pleasant and very accommodating. Room was super clean and spacious for a studio unit. Bed was comfortable, and unit was well equipped with full kitchen, and beach chairs. The even unit numbers do not have a view, as they face the adjacent building but you are steps from a beach view, and their is a shared patio, if you need some air. Overall enjoyed the stay and will come again!

This place was awesome! Everything you need. It was like home away from home. If you want to go to the beach then run back to your room to make margaritas and go right back…it’s that close. They have chairs for the beach, umbrella, beach towells stored in your room and you dont have to rent any or buy anything. you have a full kitchen with pots pans, silverware, plates. Definitely will be back. The price, location A1! Parking wasn’t the best but it was a great stay that it didn’t even matter. It was great!

I would stay here again! The beach is literally right outside your door. Walking distance to lots of bar and restaurants. Mangers are very friendly and helpful.

The Pearl was everything I hoped for. Perfect location, so close to the beach and entertainment, very clean, full kitchen, cozy living room, comfortable bed, air conditioner worked fabulous. They have 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, and an umbrella in the closet for you to use.
My only complaint was they didn't provide enough bath towels for my stay. With that being said and everything else being so perfect, I would totally stay there again and just bring a few of my own towels.

Loved that the property came with a parking pass and loved that both the facility and the eoom were keyless entry. Our site host was accessible whenever we had questions.

Everything was perfect. The location was maybe 50-75 steps to the beach and felt very safe. The apartment was CLEAN and everything was in good order and tastefully decorated. Bed was very comfy. The apartment had beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, coffee maker/coffee, equipped kitchen. Host was great. Restaurants, bars nearby. Little store across the street for convenience items. Live music often played in front of Margaritaville, just a few blocks down the boardwalk (they call it the Broadwalk). The apartment does not have its own parking but we did not have a problem finding parking. When we went, the host had a parking pass we could use. Not sure if that is still the situation, so that is one thing I suggest you check out before you go.

The beach is just 50 yards away. Very nice place at an affordable price. Only suggestion for improvement is parking but it is to be expected with that area.

Cute location within walking distance to the beach. My only complaint was the lack of water pressure in the shower and the limited parking in the area. It is a shame that this place does not have an actual parking lot to park visitor cars. Overall, a good stay. The host was helpful and accommodating
