We came for a girls weekend for my mom’s 70th. We had a wonderful time! The condo is beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed. The host Chad was very responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect, walkable to almost everything. We hope to be back for a future stay.

Cozy condo very well decorated and convenient for walking to town or the beach. Had everything we needed and great parking right at the front door. We will stay here again and cant wait to come back.

This place met all of our needs. Great view of the river. It was a special extra to see all the boats and fishermen going down the river first thing in the morning. Sunrise was also nice and the window shades came in handy. Condo was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location. Quick walk to downtown and the lake. All and all a great experience!

Was a perfect weekend in South Haven. Chad was very attentive and communicated well. Only issue we had is some of the ceiling lights did not work, we figured we just didnt use the right switches. Overall great day and would come back again

So peaceful and relaxing. You can walk to some restaurants but in all everything is minutes away! Would highly recommend!!!

The condo is in the perfect location to walk to anywhere in downtown South Haven - close to the beach, the restaurants, and the shops. We all found it most relaxing being on the Black River and being able to watch the boats traveling by the condo. We were also able to paddleboard from the dock - very convenient!

Chad and Brooke have a wonderful townhome situated in a beautiful spot in South Haven. Their home is fully accommodated and clean. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck overlooking the river and watching the boats pass. The beach and downtown are easily walkable. Our family comes to SH every year and this was by far a favorite rental for us. We would love to stay again!

Our stay at this South Haven Condo was lovely. The location was ideal as it was within walking distance to several beach fronts and local restaurants. Our 3 year old especially loved the view of the river and all the boats that passed by each day. Chad was extremely communicative and responded immediately to any questions we had before and during the stay.

We had such a great stay! This condo is very comfortable and is in the perfect location: close to town and to the beach! And the sunrise views over the river were marvelous. We would happily return here for another visit.

The property was perfect for our family! Location was great, we walked every where we wanted to go! The property was clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend!

My mom and I both love South Haven and consider it our “Happy Place”. It’s been a crazy year so a trip was in order, and we were so thankful to find this property so close to all of our favorite things about South Haven! We loved the view of the river and boats right outside the back door. This view was perfect for our coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. During the day we walked the neighborhood, walked to town for shopping and good food, and of course we also walked to Lake Michigan quite a few times. Overall, it was a wonderful visit and we hope to be back soon!

Perfect place to experience South Haven. Just a few short blocks from the lake/beach and a few blocks to restaurants and bars. The condo overlooks the Black River. Two outdoor areas include a small deck and upper balcony. Very comfortable for two couples.

Nice place, loved sitting outside on patio and upstairs watching the aids go by. Very clean. Close to shops and restaurants.

Fabulous property! Very clean, decorated cute, felt homey. Great location. Close to downtown and waterfront. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to. We would definitely recommend and stay again. No issues or concerns at all.

Chad and Brooke’s condo is a nice, cozy and quiet little heaven in South Haven! We highly recommend this house to anyone who wants a beautiful and serene view of the Black River and the rising morning sun from your bedroom. The place is very efficiently located close to the downtown and all the tourist locations. Whether you love walking or prefer to take your car around, this condo is a perfect location to be in. The house is tastefully done and gives a wonderful warm feeling as being at your own home does. It is well kept and well equipped. Everything you may need on your vacation is available. Chad and Brooke have taken care to think of all the small basics a family may need when on vacation. We definitely highly recommend this place to everyone. Chad was very prompt at responding to our messages and provided us with a very detailed Guide that had all the information we needed a day prior to our visit. Check-in and Check-out was very smooth. He was also very kind to make suggestions about what is best and a must see in South Haven. We are so glad we chose this place to stay. We enjoyed staying at this condo on the Black River. Furniture and decor are tasteful. Bed in master bedroom was very comfortable. Condo was clean throughout and kitchen well equipped. We’d return.

This rental was exactly what we were looking for. The location was great, close to downtown and with a nice view of the Black River in the back. The condo was very efficient, comfortable and the price was very reasonable. To top it off, Chad was an excellent host, and answered many questions I had in a very time manner. I highly recommend this condo for a stay in the South Haven area.

We really enjoyed our stay for Icebreakers as the location of the condo was perfect for walking to town. The condo was very nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We enjoyed walking into downtown daily and enjoying time at the beautiful beaches. We also enjoyed a short drive to Saugatuck for dinner one evening! There’s lots to do in this beautiful small town and staying at this condo was the perfect way to accomplish it! The unit is clean and quiet with beautiful sunrises.

The perfect cozy condo on the black river, but just the right distance from town and the beach! Tastefully decorated in 'lake house' style, to set the right mood. Clean and tidy. Great communication throughout our stay with the property manager. We highly recommend staying at this lake cottage!
